-Fair Use- Nearly half of Democrats say they want abortion to be legal through all nine months of pregnancy in the U.S., a new YouGov poll found. When asked,”When do you think abortion should be legal?” 48 percent of Democrats responded: “Abortion should always be legal. There should be no restrictions on abortion.” The percentage in favor of abortion throughout pregnancy is higher for Democrats than any political subgroup, the survey shows. That result comes as Democrats and media continue to downplay the reality that abortions do occur in the final months and even weeks of pregnancy — all while Democrats make killing unborn babies in abortions central to their campaigns. A senior U.S. defense official said Thursday that China’s latest nuclear-powered attack sub sank in May or June while sitting in a shipyard near Wuhan, a baffling and embarrassing disaster the People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) has kept secret until now. The news that China’s new sub went to the bottom – possibly with nuclear fuel on board – was broken by the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on Thursday. The defense official who spoke to the WSJ said the lost sub was the first of China’s new Zhou-class nuclear submarines, developed in a bid to reduce America’s enormous advantage in submarine warfare. The Zhou design includes a unique X-shaped stern intended to give the vessel greater maneuverability. Satellite images showed the Zhou sub, easily identified by its distinctive tail, docked at the shipyard in early March. The sub was reportedly undergoing final outfitting before heading to sea. By June it was gone, with no sign of ever having sailed out of port. Analysts noticed a cluster of floating recovery cranes had been assembled around the pier, including equipment specialized for recovering oil from the water. “In addition to the obvious questions about training standards and equipment quality, the incident raises deeper questions about the PLA’s internal accountability and oversight of China’s defense industry, which has long been plagued by corruption,” the source said. “Can you imagine a U.S. nuclear submarine sinking in San Diego and the government hushes it up and doesn’t tell anybody about it? I mean, Holy cow!” exclaimed former U.S. submarine officer and Center for a New American Security senior fellow Thomas Shugart, the first analyst to notice China’s new submarine was missing. This week it was revealed that there are now tens of thousands of illegals in the U.S. who are murderers, rapists, and other assorted criminals and the liberal media has almost completely ignored the story. During The Five on FOX News on Friday, Greg Gutfeld slammed the media blackout, calling this the biggest crime story he has ever seen. The media has to ignore this story for obvious reasons. Reporting on it would highlight one of the greatest political vulnerabilities of Kamala Harris and we can’t have that. Gutfeld noted during Fox News’ “The Five” that this story was “so unbelievable” that he “wanted to see if it was reported elsewhere.” Unsurprisingly, he could find nary a word about what he calls “probably the biggest crime story I’ve ever seen” on the likes of CNN, ABC, and Drudge. And he had a special message for the Democrat “hate watchers” of Fox News: “The media doesn’t want you to know this information. They don’t want it to reach you. They’re rather you die or be raped than Trump be right or find out the truth.” Speaking to Raymond Arroyo, Bishop Athanasius Schneider firmly critiqued and rejected Pope Francis' claim that 'every religion is a way to arrive at God.' VATICAN CITY (LifeSiteNews) — Bishop Athanasius Schneider has stated that Pope Francis has contradicted “the entire Gospel” with the claim that all religions are a way to God. Speaking with EWTN’s Raymond Arroyo on The World Over, Kazakhstan’s Bishop Athanasius Schneider responded to the controversial comment made by Pope Francis on his recent trip to Singapore. When asked by Arroyo about this, Schneider was clinical in his critique: Such an affirmation of Pope Francis is clearly against the divine revelation, it contradicts directly the first Commandment of God which is ever valid – “You shall not have other gods beside me” – this is so clear, and such a statement contradicts the entire Gospel. Continuing, Schneider reminded viewers that “Jesus Christ said, ‘No one comes to the Father except through me.’” “He is the only way to God, there are no other ways or paths,” said the auxiliary bishop of Astana. “So in this statement sadly, regrettably Pope Francis plainly contradicts the first Commandment of God and the entire Gospel.” When Arroyo raised this issue of how a Pope could say such a statement, Schneider pointed back to the betrayal of Christ by St. Peter in the Gospels. God permitted that the first pope, Simon Peter, he renounced [and] denied Christ three times, and he was appointed the vicar of Christ and nevertheless he denied Christ three times. So God permitted it that it could also happen in the future, that a successor of Simon Peter would speak some words which are contrary to the divine truth. Such a scenario, commented Schneider, “is rare, but it happened with Peter and it happened in very rare cases in history. But Peter repented, and he again defended Christ and confessed Him and gave his life for Christ as a martyr.” The auxiliary bishop urged Catholics “to simply pray for Pope Francis that he may receive this grace of the Lord as Peter received, to repent and to again clearly, courageously confess that there is no other name given to man in which they can be saved except Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God, the only redeemer of mankind.”
