Once you looked beyond his faults, there was a man who loved God. Indeed my prayer is that we all enter Heaven's gates together! In all, may the Lord be glorified! TR I am sorry to hear this. My sympathies in this difficult time. It's tough to lose a friend, even temporarily. Thankfully, our Best Friend has ensured that that us, as believers, will enjoy Him and fellowship with each other for eternity. I am really sorry to hear this, yet I rejoice that he is in Christ. Tom is such a faithful man, and very much loved by us here. I will be praying for him and may we all be home soon to celebrate together. Tom loves the Lord and he truly loves RITAN. I remember him as a 'founding father" of RITAN and he put so much time and energy into telling others of Jesus' soon return. I have met 2 of RITAN's memebers face to face. Tom and you, TR, were the two. I remember our visit so fondly and was so grateful to get to meet you both. I plan on a nice long visit with you two after the rapture. I know how Tom loves the Blessed Hope and I do pray that he will not see death but will be transformed. But either way, he will be a part of the rapture. I pray for my friend. I am very new to this forum but may I offer this awesome verse in scripture. I chose it for my Fathers funeral last year because it said to me that if God is happy at my Dad's journey to heaven, notwithstanding the sadness of the temporary separation, then shouldn't I rejoice in that too !
