Thanks, I wasn't aware.  Speaking of 4th of July, here's what JD had to say.

This is yet another scenario simulating an infectious biological agent they call the Nipah virus. This exercise is focused on, quote: “Actions Before And During The Bioterrorist Attacks Of July 4, 2025.” Wait, what? 4th of July, 2025? What time is right now? Well, isn’t that interesting? Well, listen, in the interest of time, I'm only gonna say one thing on this. Searching the word “vaccine”, you'll find it in this document 92 time.

A friend just sent me a theory she heard.  It's possible that Israeli covert operatives are going into Iran to take out the nuclear sites, and Trump is stalling for time to cover for them.  Ok, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.  I don't understand lies and intrigue or politics anyway.

Palestinification of Paterson, New Jersey: America’s First City to Be Conquered—From Islamizing Government, Schools, and Streets to Subverting U.S. Election Law:

The Palestinification of Paterson marks America’s first live test site for Islamic political conquest—where foreign ideology, religious dominance, and Democrat power have fused into a city-run machine that now openly defies U.S. election law, American identity, and the constitutional line between mosque and state.

A shocking transformation is unfolding in Paterson, New Jersey, a city of roughly 160,000 residents that now contains the second-largest Muslim population per capita in the United States, after Houston, Texas. An estimated 20 to 22 percent of the city’s population identifies as Muslim, many of them Palestinian immigrants or descendants. As this demographic bloc has grown in size and influence, city officials have increasingly aligned policy not just with Islamic culture, but with Palestinian political goals, transforming Paterson from a once-secular, blue-collar American city into a foreign ideological outpost.

What was once Main Street is now Palestine Way. Arabic signage dominates storefronts, advertising halal meats, hijabs, niqabs, and keffiyehs. Palestinian flags are draped from balconies, flutter from city lampposts, and one now flies, undisturbed, directly in front of city hall.

The transformation is no longer subtle. During a city-sponsored Ramadan celebration in 2025, Mayor Andre Sayegh openly declared, “Paterson is the capital of Palestine in the United States of America,” and “the fourth holiest city in the world—Jerusalem, Mecca, Medina, and then Paterson, New Jersey.” His remarks weren’t off-the-cuff—they were delivered from a public platform, with city backing, and reflected exactly what has been unfolding across the city’s political landscape.

'Burn Tel Aviv to the Ground': Pro-Iran Rally Erupts in Times Square, NYC (Video)

On June 16, 2025, New York’s Times Square was overtaken by a mass rally in open support of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Organized by the Bronx Anti-War Coalition—a socialist, pro-Palestinian group- the event featured shocking chants, violent rhetoric, and open displays of allegiance to Iran’s regime.

Protesters loudly chanted:

“Iran, Iran makes us proud! Burn Tel Aviv to the ground!”
“US drones in the sky, Iran’s missiles will reply!”
“Courts and talks won’t set us free, resistance brings victory!”

Iranian regime flags waved beside posters of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the late Qasem Soleimani, and former President Ebrahim Raisi. Some signs read:

“A genocidal apartheid state has no right to exist”while one depicted aburning Israeli flag with the words “Karma’s a bitch.”

In a separate viral video, a man dressed as Jesus, covered in fake blood and nailed to a wooden crucifix, screamed:

“F* Israel,”** as he stood in the middle of Times Square.

I agree. I just have concern for the people left behind, and the people who actually think they are Christians but probably are not.

@patrician I should be more sympathetic but I'm not.  I figure most people who are in danger of being left behind already made their choice.  There seem to be a lot of reprobates out there when you watch the news.  As for so-called Christians in Name Only, or supposed people who think they're saved but aren't, would Jesus play a dirty trick like that on people?  "Haha, you thought you were saved but you're not."  Doesn't sound like Him, does it?  We all think we're saved; are we?  I know that sounds snotty.  I'm not trying to be, but that classification always grates on me.

I came back to say I'm sorry I sounded snotty but it's too late, the edit button is gone.  I wasn't gone long, only a few minutes!  Anyway, sorry if I spoke too harshly.

No problem!  We should feel free to speak our minds.

But, there are people who think they're Christians just because they grew up in America, things like that.

@patrician Thanks.  Bob and I have that argument oftener than is comfortable.  He accuses church folk of not being saved.  He likes to use the "would that you were hot or cold" verse.  So how hot do you have to be before it becomes work-based salvation?  And who is he to say?  Good thing he doesn't get to pick.

Only God knows our hearts, and He decides!  None of us are perfect; we are still sinners saved by grace.

@patrician Well, I'm assuming we're both going, and when we get there you're invited over for Hammies.

For me, it was the moment I learned to die to self, that is when I was sealed by the Holy Spirit. My underlying problem was anger. The cause of anger was feeling helpless. Jesus taught me that I was never helpless because the Holy Spirit was my helper. Understanding that was how I knew I died to self. Saved by Grace.
