I heard the sculpture itself was not damaged, but it must have been a target.  Some part of the memorial was apparently hit and at least five people died.

"The U.S. Holocaust Museum wrote it is "outraged at the damage inflicted on the Babyn Yar memorial by Russia’s attack today," calling the site "sacred ground" in a tweet."

Imagine if Goliath of Gath went to war with Og of Bashan. Which side would you cheer for?

All sides in this war are evil. Period.

Putin has been actively persecuting Christians in Russia. He is a bloodthirsty man who has stolen billions of dollars to enrich himself.

The Ukraine has been a child trafficking hub for many years and a piggy bank for money launderers. Zelensky and his predecessor are just puppets and have overseen the murder of thousands of ethnic Russians in Eastern Ukraine.

A legitimately elected government in the Ukraine was overthrown in 2014, largely funded by George Soros after the Ukraine had wisely rejected an extremely harsh IMF "loan."

Biden? I don't have to dignify saying anything here.

NATO? Their word or guarantees are worthless and after bombing Serbia back into the Stone Age in the 1990s, they have zero high ground and their ethics and morals left a long time ago.

There is an old African proverb. "When elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers." My prayers are with the common people. The Ukrainians, Russians and common people everywhere. They are the ones that are suffering.

The rich fat cats will continue to make their money. The mainstream media will continue to lie and make up things. The USA will continue to buy Russian oil to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars A DAY. (Guess who is secretly funding both sides of this war?)

Maranatha! Lord Jesus Christ, please come for Your bride and then destroy this wicked world system, evicting the squatters. :prayer-hands:

The first Bible prophecy book I read was Hal Lindsey's Late Great Planet Earth. I am still a big fan of his but he was absolutely wrong about Russia being Magog. That is absolutely against what the text says as well as the historical record.

Magog is clearly Turkey. It always has been.

It is interesting that Turkey has condemned Russia's actions in the Ukraine. Turkey is a member of NATO and as such has considering closing the straight to and from the Black Sea, keeping Russia from effectively getting supplies to Syria.

Perhaps in the chaos going on, Turkey will, along with Iran, attack Israel. Will the USA protest? It is very interesting that since the USA under the Biden regime has been heavily criticized for continuing to buy Russian oil, they are actually considering buying Iranian oil. The mind boggles.

Most Bible prophecy teachers believe Magog is Russia.

I agree … I lean more than ever now that Magog is Russia.

Here is why … Putin is not part of NATO but Turkey still is.  Putin has the most arsenal of AI soldiers and military craft equipment that will be burned for 7 yrs … Erdogan is not known for his military.  Turkey is “a little north” of Israel … but Russia is located in the “FAR north” and according to Sean Osborne … the Russian Federation army not only consists of Russian soldiers but extends “FAR North” of East Asia.   When Erdogan meets with Putin … Putin is the one controlling the meetings … the same can be said when Macron meets with Putin … Putin puts him in his place too. :mdrmdr:   Right now I see Putin calling the shots and the others are too meek to step over him.  Plus Putin is an oil supplier and is in over his head with his latest deal with China … he is going to need more oil … plus if Europe cancels their contract deal with Putin and Israel steps into the picture to supply them with fuel … look out … plus Putin already has his greedy eyes on the Golan Heights and said to Israel the Golan Heights belongs to Syria.  And the vast army and naval in Syria is Russian because Assad made a deal with Putin asking for his protection … so I truly think Magog is Russia.  Hopefully we shall soon see from balcony seats. :popcorn :popcorn :popcorn

Well all I know is that I don't know. I am rearranging many pieces of the prophecy puzzle that I've had in place for years and years that just doesn't seem to fit present times. It's moving fast now by God's hand. Now that I'm sitting back I am seeing a bigger picture forming.

We truly live in awesome times...it is blowing my lil ole mind

The problem, for me, with Turkey being Magog is that Israel could take them out in a fight with no problem. Iran, too. But Russia is a significantly different scenario. ONLY the Hand of God could save Israel from an all out assault by Russia and according to Ezekiel it will take the supernatural intervention from God to save Israel from the Magog attack.

God knows, that’s all I need!  Regardless, we are living in the biblical days of the end!

And hoping not to be here much longer!  With each new day we are given increased assurances of God’s sovereignty, power and seasons!

I still think it's Russia, Turkey and Iran along with a few others (Libya, and either Ethiopia or Sudan).  Besides the uttermost north issue, Josephus definitely thought Magog inhabited what is now Russia:  https://answersingenesis.org/genesis/josephus-and-genesis-chapter-ten/

Turkey is interesting... they like to play both sides of the fence while trying to restore the Caliphate.  When they shot down that Russian plane in 2015, I thought it would really set things back from all the stage setting that was going on.  That one was papered over really quickly.  I expect this will be, too.  If the East Med pipeline really gets going, both countries will have all the economic reason in the world to invade, and Iran will be happy to join out of pure hatred.
