The tiny town I live in  ... the front page headline of the local paper  today said effective Monday ... “no shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service” for anywhere in town  ... we know they will soon be adding ... “no mark, no service”.

I only have 1 blue disposable mask.  The local hardware store is selling 4 disposable ones for $15.00 and they are made in China. :scratch:     I got to try to find my bandanas or some breathable material that I can make my own.  Another hardware store that I was in last Saturday, they know me by name but they have a sign “not accepting any cash ... only credit cards”. All I bought was a can of wasp/hornet killer spray for $5.00 and yet they wouldn’t take cash and then their credit card machine conked out.  So he prints out this 8 1/2 by 11 paper receipt - 2 copies ... gives one to the customer and the other he is jotting down our credit card numbers so they can manually enter the charges later on when their system is up and running again. :wacko:

Just use a hat like the character on “Fat Albert” — known as Dumb Donald, but you’ll have to  let it hang lower.
You could wear a bandana like the bank robbers of the old West and actually get away with it now.
Lastly, you could just wear a wrap scarf from winter wear and pull it up.
We are so out of here so soon, that I wouldn’t waste your funds.

Great idea, Tammie with the use of a scarf.   I was just looking at a few youtubes that are no sew facial mask made out of an old cotton t-shirt or a sock.  They both look so easy to make!   Just a matter of strategically cutting out the loop holes for the ears.  I think I’m going to experiment and try this ... and if I make a mistake ... well then ... I just take out that hot glue gun to repair. :mdrmdr:      I can just see my homemade mask coming apart in the stores. B-)
