📢 Forum Update -  Hello everyone! I've made an improvement to the forum that should make following active discussions much easier. Beginning today, forum topics will display the most recent replies first (while keeping the original topic post at the top), so you no longer have to navigate through multiple pages to find the latest conversation. This change also helps improve the browsing experience in long-running discussions with many pages of replies. Hello Gary! Thanks for posting your concerns, this is the place where you will get wonderful prayer warriors and good support as we all have loved ones that are not saved. It must be considerably difficult when it is a spouse. Since you mentioned in your post that your wife is concerned about coming in second place in your devotion.....maybe show her the scripture in Ephesians 5 where it discusses that husbands are to love their wives like their own bodies, and as Christ loves the church and gave Himself for it. You can say that it is totally possible to love our Lord God with all your heart, mind and soul AND love your wife as Christ loves the church-

As I am sure that you well know that it is truly not a competition, and she might be happy to know that the Lord you worship commands that husbands love their wives  and give themselves for them. Keep praying for her and loving her.....those actions of Christlike behavior go a long way in a woman's heart. I leaned more by watching my husband live his life than from most of the sermons that I have heard. Trust me, he is not perfect, but he has demonstrated love in his life to me and to so many others over the years- will keep you both in our prayers too :prayer-hands:

Hi Gary! That’s a tough one when the person you love most is not of one mind in the faith. Just keep praying for her and ask the Holy Spirit to open her eyes and heart to Jesus. We cannot force anyone into the faith and pushing seems to do the opposite but we serve a mighty God Who loves her more than any person could. Trust in Him and keep on loving her. I will keep you in my prayers!

Oh Gary.  So many here feel your pain.

I found this article on GraceThruFaith.com.  It's not the late Jack Kelley's only response to that verse, and should you want to see others, there's a search bar in the upper right corner.

I join in prayer for both your wife's salvation, as this article suggests -- turning it over to God.  And many here too hope that our supernatural departure will convict many of our loved ones about the truth we have been proclaiming all along and then turn to Jesus.

It took many years before my husband was saved. I took the kids to church regularly and one morning, he got dressed up and I asked where he was going and he said that he thought we should go to church as a family.  It still took another 3 years or so, he heard the Word, was loved on by church folk, and was influenced by our kids’ belief as young as they were

Keep praying, inviting her to study the Bible, and loving her.  God is able to melt and change hearts.  Never give up.  ❤️ :prayer-hands:
