Gary, re: your question, "Will she be saved through association?" I believe that when one comes to Christ in the home, God will continue to draw family members to salvation, first through His desire that all men be saved, by His outstretched arm to them, and by the testimony of the one or one's already saved. But each individual will need to make their own confession of belief that Jesus is God's Son, when that time comes. Ro 10:9-10

This diagram will help you to know that you're doing, saying and praying right in God's will for your wife. In His plan there is no threat to an unsaved wife, because she is covered by her husband who is covered by Christ Jesus, where the whole family is protected under God, in the order He created. Your wife doesn't yet understand that, not yet knowing the blessings that come to a home under a believing husband in God's plan.

God does come first in your life, but that is His desire, so that you can then cover and love your wife and family according to His will and His Word. It isn't exclusive for you wife, but all inclusive. That's the emphasis you might want to focus on with her. Knowing that your love of God includes your wife and home, and is not meant to separate. Just love her as God intends, and God's will be done. Many of us still have lost loved ones, so you are not alone.

I think that some unbelievers are offended by our faith because they just have not experienced the Lord in a personal way and maybe we come across as somehow “ better” than them.  Not intentionally on our part, but from their perspective it might seem that since we claim to know God personally we are better than them.

I love this verse because Jesus says he will personally make himself known to someone that obeys Him.

John 14:21

“He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.”

Praying that your faith will be rewarded and your wife will come to know the  Lord ??.  She is so blessed to have a husband that is following Jesus!!
