Psalm 123 is certainly a Psalm of mourning. The Jewish people will be increasingly persecuted as the Tribulation goes on. Perhaps also many Jewish people will feel sorrow after they realize they missed the Rapture as per the teachings of the 144,000 and the 2 Witnesses.
