Regardless of whatever promises or threats that may be hurled at us, regardless the source! We should never pander or propigate fear! For fear is not an answer! But simply a response! TR Fear is a lack of faith. For the past 40 years I've had the sense of peace knowing that the "worst" case scenario (from the non-believer's perspective) is I get to go to Heaven. Those in the world think the end is it - so why not do whatever we want. For us its only the beginning. A million million years from now this place will be less than a blink of an eye in the grand scheme of time. Today it seems like an eternity dwelling in this cesspool of a world. Reading articles like the news crews in San Francisco just makes me hope that we're out of here soon.... I feel the same way, Todd. No matter what happens, Heaven awaits me and so I just want to get on with it. There is nothing in this world for me. Nothing that I want. I am and have been so ready to leave this place. And the sooner the better. I find it difficult to witness to people because no one wants to hear it so why am I still here? The waiting is rather annoying at this point. Yeah, it's a win/win situation for us believers. If we live on this earth then we can do good works and glorify our Father in heaven. If we die, we go to be with Almighty God for eternity and we glorify Him by what He did for us. (Our Salvation bought and paid for by our precious Saviour.) While I yearn to be in heaven, I know that the Rapture will happen at the perfect time. Until then, His grace is sufficient for me.
