TR - I will definitely be praying for your wife. I just got over Covid a couple of weeks ago and I will share some things in hopes that it is helpful -

Have her drink LOTS of water.

Have her get up at least once an hour to move around - do stretching exercises, walk around the house. If she lays in bed things can settle in her lungs.

Sit up as much as possible.

Drink Lemon/Ginger tea rather than coffee.

Eat lots of soft food.

Vicks Vapor on my chest seemed to help.

Day 7-9 is when breathing issues CAN start. I had breathing issues and my roommate didn't. If you can get her on Ivermectin now do it (prescribed by a doctor for humans). Hopefully that can help her keep from having breathing issues. We couldn't find any place to get it and are now looking for doctors in our area that offer it. If she starts having breathing issues and you can't get Ivermectin, have your doctor prescribe her Albuterol (inhaler) and a steroid. That's what helped me. I went to the emergency room and the Dr. found out I hadn't had the jab and told me to go home, take a chest decongestant and if it got worse to go to the hospital :negative:   Chest decongestant did not help. When I could get to my regular doctor she prescribed the inhaler and steroid.

Another tip in case it is helpful - I believe this stuff is straight from the pits of hell and fear from satan is all wrapped up around it. I experienced extreme fears going through this. A guy at church that went through it described it as something that messes with your mind. And it does. The only thing that helped me through that was prayer. Prayer on my own and verbal prayer with my roommate.

I am finally OK now. It's been a couple of weeks that I have felt OK but the whole ordeal was about 6 weeks. The first week was just aches and pains - that was no big deal. It was when the breathing issues started that things got bad. I was still having some breathing issues 6 weeks after my initial symptoms.

I will be praying for you guys. Keep us posted!

NoFearJustFaith, I am sorry to hear about your ordeal.

Dr. found out I hadn’t had the jab and told me to go home. That doctor should be sent home and never allowed to practice medicine ever again! ??

A four day fever recently broken!  Fluids and food more tolerable!  Hopefully she is on the mend, still employing self isolation and missing two weeks of work!

Her concern for my safety is heartwarming!  As well as yours!
