My wife has been feeling poorly for a couple of days and has since tested positive for covid! She will be quarenteened here at home for 10 days. Praying for a mild case! Three other adults and an 18mos old in the house! Much appreciated! TR I just had COVID myself and pray she recovers quickly. It's a rough one, lots of vitamins and I hear L-Lysine helps too. My mom who is vaccinated believes the symptoms will be less if she gets Covid. Which vitamins did you find to be the most helpful? Did you use someone's suggested protocol?
