House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) has launched an investigation into Special Counsel Jack Smith following recent admission that some of the evidence in President Trump’s ‘classified’ documents case was altered or manipulated after being seized by the FBI during its raid on Mar-a-Lago. The Gateway Pundit reported that Jack Smith’s admission came in response to Trump’s co-defendant, Walt Nauta’s, legal team’s concerns about discrepancies in the evidence’s organization. Walt Nauta, a former White House valet and Navy veteran who later served as a personal staffer at Mar-a-Lago and was indicted alongside Trump last year, claimed through his attorney that the order of items in the seized boxes did not match their scans provided during discovery. The newly formed non-profit organization is seeking to compensate whistleblowers for exposing Democratic attempts to steal and subvert America’s electoral process. The ad states: Free and fair elections are the bedrock of our American experiment. It is part of our core. But we can only have confidence in the result if there is trust in the process. Across the country, there are real cases of fraud and abuses of the system that have eroded our trust. From executive orders opening the door to non-citizens voting, while some cities look to make it commonplace. Unions rigging the game through unethical ballot harvesting. And some leaders are outright refusing to follow the law when administering elections. This is happening in plain sight. But those in power look the other way. They lie and dismiss and then demonize common sense steps to ensure our elections are free and fair. And they are still lying. That is where the Fair Election Fund comes in. In a press release this week, the Fair Election Fund expanded on its plan to promote election integrity across the country following the fraud that took place in the 2020 and 2022 election cycles. A new undercover report by the O’Keefe Media Group claims that leaders of the intelligence community, including former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and former CIA Director Gina Haspel, withheld information from former President Donald Trump throughout his administration. On Wednesday, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) publicly called for the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government to investigate the allegations raised by the O’Keefe Media Group regarding federal agencies withholding information from a sitting president. Gaetz shared an undercover video posted by James O’Keefe of a Deloitte contractor who allegedly has worked as a program manager in Cyber Operations at the CIA and the National Security Agency (NSA). “This footage contains evidence that American intelligence agencies withheld intelligence from President Donald Trump before and during his presidency and used Foreign Intelligence Act (FISA) authorities to spy on President Trump and may be doing so today,” Gaetz wrote Wednesday in a letter to Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio). The video, which included recordings of various meetings between the alleged government contractor and an undercover reporter, shows a man named Amjad Fseisi admitting that multiple intelligence agencies intentionally withheld information from Trump over concerns that Trump would “disclose it.” In the video, Fseisi said that the intelligence agencies “all got together and said, ‘We’re not gonna tell Trump.'” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Thursday refused to apologize to Japan after President Joe Biden, 81, called the U.S. ally “xenophobic.” While delivering live remarks at a campaign fundraiser in Washington, Biden said the United States’s economy was strong due in part “because we welcome immigrants.” “Think about it,” Biden said referencing why their economies allegedly struggle. “Why is China stalling so bad economically? Why is Japan having trouble? Why is Russia?” The migrant inflow has successfully forced down Americans’ wages and also boosted rents and housing prices. The inflow has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors and contributed to the rising death rate of poor Americans. The lethal policy also sucks jobs and wealth from heartland states by subsidizing coastal investors with a flood of low-wage workers, high-occupancy renters, and government-aided consumers. The population inflow also reduces the political clout of native-born Americans, because the population replacement allows elites to divorce themselves from the needs and interests of ordinary Americans.

“All claims will be vetted by Fair Election Fund’s team of experienced election law attorneys. The group will highlight these cases through aggressive paid and earned media campaigns, the first of which will begin immediately.”
