Fox News Digital’s David Marcus detailed the stunning findings, which include the fact that — as of Wednesday afternoon — there were no murders in the city over the last seven days. That is a feat that has not been seen for months — since March. Marcus also cited a few other stunning statistics from the local police union, revealing that since Trump’s federal takeover, carjackings have dropped an astonishing 83 percent. Additionally, robbery has dropped 46 percent. These statistics come over a week after President Donald Trump formally announced a series of executive actions to clean up the nation’s capital, which included invoking section 740 of the district of Columbia Home Rule Act, placing the DC Metropolitan Police Department under direct federal control, and activating the National Guard. The Democrat Party is hemorrhaging support with no end in sight, according to a shocking analysis of new voter registrations. “Of the 30 states that track voter registration by political party, Democrats lost ground to Republicans in every single one between the 2020 and 2024 elections — and often by a lot,” the report reads. “That four-year swing toward the Republicans adds up to 4.5 million voters, a deep political hole that could take years for Democrats to climb out from.” “I don’t want to say, ‘The death cycle of the Democratic Party,’ but there seems to be no end to this,” Michael Pruser, director of data science for Decision Desk HQ, told the Times. “There is no silver lining or cavalry coming across the hill. This is month after month, year after year.” Dumping money into the existing framework is not a solution for Democrats, but no easy – or difficult – fix is apparent. Compounding the party’s problems is the lack of a leader or message. In one of the largest overnight strikes since the war began, Russia unleashed some 614 drones, ballistic and cruise missiles across Ukraine, killing one, injuring dozens and destroying an American-owned electronics company less than an hour from two NATO borders, officials confirmed Thursday morning. "This facility does not produce, supply, or support any military equipment or defense-related components," a spokesperson for the company said. In a preview of an interview that will air Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Vice President JD Vance said the government has “broad” concerns about former National Security Advisor John Bolton after an FBI raid on his home. Partial transcript as follows: KRISTEN WELKER: Let’s start with some breaking news. We’ve learned that the FBI is searching the home of former ambassador John Bolton, his office as well. Can you tell me why is the FBI raiding Ambassador Bolton’s home and office and did the White House get a heads up? Classified documents are certainly part of it, but I think that there’s a broad concern about Ambassador Bolton. They’re going to look into it. And, like I said, if there’s no crime here, we’re not going to prosecute it. The Third Way, a leftist think tank that poses as moderate, released a memo Thursday calling on Democrats “Who Wish to Stop Donald Trump and MAGA” to stop using “words and phrases no ordinary person would ever dream of saying.” And here’s a taste of the blacklisted terms, along with my interpretation of what they really mean: This is fantastic for two reasons… First, what we have here is a call coming from inside the house. Democrats are openly telling Democrats that they have lost the culture wars, which they have, because Democrats have become anti-fun, anti-truth, oppressive, humorless, anti-normal killjoys who talk like HAL from 2001 and want to queer our kids. Democrats have painted themselves into a corner where any attempt to moderate will result in a brutal backlash from the wealthiest and most intolerant part of their base.
