The Supreme Court on Friday sided with Maryland parents of various faiths who sued their school board over its refusal to allow their K-5 children to opt out of LGBTQ+ curriculum. In 2022, the Montgomery County Board of Education announced new “inclusivity” books for K-5 students and took away parental notice and opt-outs for story books that discuss topics like “gender” transitions, pride parades, and preferred pronouns. Some of the reading materials include The Pride Puppy, Uncle Bobby’s Wedding, and Born Ready: The True Story of a Boy Named Penelope. The majority opinion included pictures of excerpts from the LGBTQ+ books that the school board wanted to share with young children between the ages of 5 and 11 years old. The High Court issued a 6-3 decision — with the three most liberal-leaning justices dissenting — ruling that the board’s introduction of LGBTQ+ curriculum, along with its decision to withhold opt-outs, “places an unconstitutional burden on the parents’ rights to the free exercise of their religion.” Officials in Florida expect more New Yorkers to flock to the state, Rep. Jimmy Patronis (R-FL) said during an interview on Breitbart News Daily. Host Mike Slater mentioned recent remarks from Gov. Ron DeSantis, who pointed out that New Yorkers were coming to the Sunshine State. When asked if they expect more, Patronis said, “Yeah, we do.” “So last year alone, we had 400,000 new net Floridians. They brought with them about $11 billion of recurring wealth and kind of in comparison, you look at the mass exit happens like out of California. California lost $18 billion recurring wealth,” he said, describing this as a “vicious cycle” for blue states when they refuse to elect “good, fiscally responsible leaders.” He also mentioned state income taxes and the “crippling” effect of people leaving, because blue states “count on that income to fund their governments.” Patronis then touched on the rise of democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani in the New York City mayor’s race. “This guy literally is going out and saying, ‘Defund the police.’ There’s one thing I’ve always kind of taken for granted,” he said, noting his experience as Chief Financial Officer in Florida. “You realize that you want good schools, you want good quality jobs, you want positive development, nice place to shop, nice place take your kids. It’s got to be safe. I mean, that safety net has to be supported 24/7, 365,” he said. “If it’s not safe, people are not going to invest, and if they’re not going to invest, they’re not going to stay, so this is exactly — it’s unfortunate.” President Donald Trump criticized Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, for claiming a victory over Iran’s “12-Day War” with Israel, and pointed out that Iran was “decimated.” In a post on Truth Social, Trump questioned why Khamenei would “so blatantly and foolishly” claim that Iran had “won the War with Israel,” when that is a lie. Khamenei also wrote in another post that “the Zionist regime was practically knocked out and crushed under the blows of the Islamic Republic.” “Why would the so-called ‘Supreme Leader,’ Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, of the war torn Country of Iran, say so blatantly and foolishly that he won the War with Israel, when he knows his statement is a lie, it is not so,” Trump said. “As a man of great faith, he is not supposed to lie. His country was decimated, his three evil Nuclear Sites were OBLITERATED, and I knew EXACTLY where he was sheltered, and would not let Israel, or the U.S. Armed Forces, by far the Greatest and Most Powerful in the World, terminate his life.” Trump continued to state that he had “saved” Khamenei “from a very ugly and ignominious death,”... (This was only a few weeks after Biden stepped into the White House and no doubt one of the first observations on Joe Biden’s signature on official documents.) This pharmacist noted: I am a pharmacist in Missouri. I read a few days ago that none of Biden’s Executive Orders have been posted to the Federal Register, so I looked, then, a few days ago. Those Executive Orders are showing up. However, I believe I have accidentally discovered his signature may be a forgery. I just sat on this discovery, thinking someone else more important would notice it. I guess no one has yet. Part of my job as a pharmacist is to watch for forged doctor signatures and I am pretty sure Joe’s are forged. I suspect that he is embarrassed by his shaky signature and had his wife sign for his signature stamp used for official business. As you can see on the attachment the last three signatures are identical, indicative of a stamp, and that’s fine as long as it is his signature. Maybe that’s easier to submit to the Federal Register. Otherwise, I believe it is illegal to have someone else sign for a signature stamp that binds a legal document. I have seen the signature of doctors get shaky at the end of their careers, but never change in a single year as Joe’s purportedly has done. If you have contact with a handwriting expert, perhaps you can have that person take a look. But look at the attachment I created, all from the public domain. Clearly, Joe has an established signature, but the last three signatures I have on the document are from separate Executive Orders that can be found online at the Federal Register. Clearly, in my opinion, they are not his signature. They look more like the signature of his wife, Jill, also on the attachment. Focus on the “B” in Biden. Perhaps an expert can offer a more definitive opinion. ...I first noticed the Joe Biden signature at the Federal Register was likely fraudulent in early 2021. I was watching for the first ones to be submitted because I doubted whether or not he was coherent even then. So I did a little research andI concluded Joe Biden has always had a distinctive signature and none of those signed with Autopen are his true signature, I am certain of it. The concise point here is: it appears Joe Biden had a consistent signature before he was President, then different ones during his presidency, and then reverted back to his original signature when he resigned and signed Hunter’s pardon. That never happens in my experience. Facsimile laws do not allow for a forged signature to bind a legal document.That is the issue here and while the Autopen alone is a big thing and worth prying into insofar as who was controlling it, the larger issue is it was never legitimate with the signature of Joe Biden, but a forgery. ...if you think about it, a forgery is much worse than a fuzzy authorization for use of the Autopen. The two combined are devastating. I hope you see the distinction. Again, I suggest an established signature expert look at it.
