Supreme Court Ends Abuse of Injunctions: No More ‘Judicial Supremacy’:

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 on Friday in the controversial “birthright citizenship” case that lower courts cannot simply issue nationwide injunctions, and that doing so is an abuse of their judicial power.

Democrats, and to a lesser extent Republicans, have sued in friendly jurisdictions in recent years as a way of stopping administration policies that they do not have legislative votes to overturn.

In a originalist opinion written by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the court’s conservative majority found: “Universal injunctions likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has given to federal courts.”

Left-wing groups who relied on “forum-shopping” to find friendly judges in remote places who could stop national policies — part of an overall strategy of “Lawfare” — have now lost a key weapon in their arsenal.

Exclusive — James Uthmeier: 60 Florida Children Saved in ‘Largest Child Rescue Operation in U.S. History’ in Operation Dragon Eye:

“It’s why we as public officials, as law enforcement officers, it’s why we do the job. We work together, my statewide prosecution team with the U.S. Marshals based out of Tampa, and we were able to rescue in a two-week period, a two-week operation, 60 children who had been reported missing,” he said, noting that the Marshals announced this as the “largest child rescue operation in U.S. history.”

“A lot of these kids, some were runaways, some were kidnap victims. Many were victims of human trafficking. A lot of these kids have endured, you know, some of the most horrific things … have been subjected to disturbing abuse. And you know, we’re now, we’re going to provide them with victim advocate services and therapy and treatment and whatever they need to try to get them back on the road to recovery,” he said, describing it as “rewarding” to bring them home."

Trump Forcing States to End Tuition Giveaways to Illegal Migrants:

The Trump administration is suing Dem. Gov. Tim Walz’s Minnesota to block tuition giveaways to illegal migrants, after it filed similar cases in Texas and Kentucky.

The administration first took the Lone Star State to court for its reduced tuition to illegals, but the state dropped the scheme before even setting foot in court to face the federal lawsuit.

Next, the Department of Justice sued Kentucky over its migrant tuition policy. The DOJ claimed that Kentucky’s Dem. Gov., Andy Beshear, is unconstitutionally discriminating against American students who are not offered the same reduced in-state tuition that illegal aliens are offered. The DOJ added that the reduced tuition policy is a violation of federal law.

Now, Minnesota is in the DOJ’s crosshairs for its tuition scheme with a lawsuit taking Dem. Gov. Tim Walz and the state legislature to task, Fox News reports.

“No state can be allowed to treat Americans like second-class citizens in their own country by offering financial benefits to illegal aliens,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said, according to Fox News. “The Department of Justice just won on this exact issue in Texas, and we look forward to taking this fight to Minnesota in order to protect the rights of American citizens first.”

The lawsuits seeking to put an end to favorable treatment of illegals in higher education comes on the heels of a Trump executive order entitled, “Ending Taxpayer Subsidization of Open Borders.”

BREAKING: President Trump Goes Scorched Earth – Terminates All Trade Discussions with Canada Over Digital Services Tax on American Tech Companies:

“We have just been informed that Canada, a very difficult Country to TRADE with, including the fact that they have charged our Farmers as much as 400% Tariffs, for years, on Dairy Products, has just announced that they are putting a Digital Services Tax on our American Technology Companies, which is a direct and blatant attack on our Country. They are obviously copying the European Union, which has done the same thing, and is currently under discussion with us, also. Based on this egregious Tax, we are hereby terminating ALL discussions on Trade with Canada, effective immediately. We will let Canada know the Tariff that they will be paying to do business with the United States of America within the next seven day period. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump said on Truth Social.

Trump: Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda Begin ‘New Chapter of Hope’ After Brokering Peace Deal:

President Donald Trump on Friday said that the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda embark on “a new chapter of hope and opportunity” after the nations signed a historic peace deal brokered by the president and his deputies.

Trump was joined by the foreign ministers of the two countries and Secretary of State Marco Rubio in the Oval Office, shortly after Rubio oversaw them signing an agreement to end the decades-long fighting in the region. Vice President JD Vance also flanked the president.
