Retired Military Officials Say Biden’s Electric Vehicle Push is Putting National Security at Risk:
A group of 17 retired military officials is warning that Joe Biden’s hard push for electric vehicles is putting America’s national security at risk.
Among their chief concerns is that EVs increase America’s reliance on China, but there are other potential problems as well.
The group warned Biden and the Environmental Protection Agency that the administration’s current plan would make the U.S. more reliant on China because it would cause the U.S. to make changes to the transportation industry before the necessary infrastructure to support it was ready.
“Even more concerning is the fact that this reliance hinges upon China’s goodwill to export those minerals and manufactured goods to the U.S.,” the letter, which was obtained by Fox News, said.
“This will undoubtedly open the U.S. up to economic manipulations by China, identical to what Russia is doing with Ukrainian grain exports, and a major threat to our national security. We do not believe now is the time for us to make ourselves vulnerable to such easy political pressures,” it said.
Again, this is all being done to appease far-left climate change activists. Their concerns should not matter where national security is involved.
Religious Themes Banned in Jill Biden’s White House Easter Egg Contest for National Guard Children:
Jill Biden is sponsoring a White House “Youth Art” Easter egg decorating contest for children of National Guard servicemembers that bans religious-themed eggs, even though Easter is a religious holiday that celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ–and the contest announcement states the eggs will be displayed during the Christian and Jewish observances of Easter and Passover.
The youth artists are encouraged to submit designs that reflect their daily lives as children of servicemembers but may not feature “religious symbols, overtly religious themes.” The contest rules state entries “must be consistent with the image and values of Sponsor”, Jill Biden.
Ron DeSantis Drops Out of Presidential Race, Endorses Donald Trump:
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, one of the two remaining challengers to former President Donald Trump, dropped out of the presidential race on Sunday, before the New Hampshire primary, and endorsed Trump.
In a video DeSantis released from Florida on Sunday afternoon, he endorsed Trump over the last challenger—former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley—saying that while he has disagreements with Trump he thinks Trump is better than Haley and certainly better than Democrat President Joe Biden.
I am glad he dropped out as we love him in Florida and want to keep him here as our Govenor. The left would only tie him up with fake lawsuits just like they are doing to Trump. All that being said, my Faith is only in Jesus Christ as I feel no man can save this country. May the will of God be done.
@perhapstoday Following your politics from a distance, I've been a big fan of DeSantis not least because he stood up for the church during lockdown, and he obviously has more than two brain cells. However, I never got the impression that he was called to lead the country. He's doing a great job in Florida.
I agree that no man can save the country, but I think the Lord has called certain individuals to perform certain tasks. If we don't leave soon, I think we've still got one more round to go. Americans need to be bold and keep on praying. Submit to God and resist the devil. The outcome is assured.
