Speaker Johnson Issues Warning: Congress Has the Authority to Defund and Disband Federal Courts:
It appears that Speaker Mike Johnson has finally woken up to the threats by radical leftist judges who have taken over the White House and US executive branch of government.
Johnson on Tuesday warned that Congress has the authority to defund these radical leftists who are running a legal insurrection against the country today.
Since returning to the White House on January 20, 2025, President Donald J. Trump has been met with an unprecedented onslaught of legal challenges from far-left activist judges and groups determined to sabotage his second term in power.
Appearing on The War Room with Steve Bannon, Josh Hammer, Senior Counsel for the Article III Project, recently warned that what America is witnessing is not just judicial activism—it’s an outright judicial insurrection.
So far, the Supreme Court has shamefully failed to shut down the lawlessness of these far-left activists.
President Trump, in less than two months, has faced 137 legal challenges by activist judges. Only two cases are closed.

President Trump announced on Wednesday that he would impose 25 percent tariffs on all cars imported into the United States, a sweeping measure aimed at revitalizing domestic manufacturing and reducing the nation’s trade imbalance.
The tariffs, set to take effect on April 2, will apply to finished cars and trucks shipped into the country, including American brands manufactured overseas.
The move is part of Trump’s broader push to encourage companies to establish manufacturing operations in the United States. “Anybody who has plants in the United States, it’s going to be good for,” Trump said, calling the initiative “very exciting.”
Colorado Democrats: State can save money by funding abortion, killing 30% more babies:
Colorado Democrats are more than willing to blow taxpayer money on programs for illegal aliens; however, when it comes to coverage for American mothers and their unborn babies, they will apparently appeal to lethal ways to reduce spending.
Senate Bill 183 — a consequence of Colorado voters' overwhelming support last year for ColoradoAmendment 79, which set the stage for the use of public funds for abortion — passed the state Senate in a 22-12 party-line vote on March 12.
Prior to the billpassingthe committee on health and human services on Tuesday, Colorado House Speaker Julie McCluskie (D), a prime sponsor of the legislation, indicated that the use of taxpayer funds to kill babies could save the state a little bit of money.
"That savings comes from the averted births that will not occur because abortions happened instead," McCluskie said in a video shared to social media. "So a birth is more expensive than an abortion — so the saving comes in Medicaid births that will not occur."
According to Democrats' calculus, abortions will not only save the state on total reimbursement costs for the delivery of children but will likely also spare the state from having to deal with additional costs that might arise in relation to human beings whose lives they failed to "avert."
State Rep. Kenneth G. DeGraaf (R) tweeted, "Holy Human-Haters, Batman! 'Killing people is less expensive than caring for them' coming soon from a eugenicist near you."

Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck underscored in his "Glenn TV" Wednesday Night Special that while the JFK files are disappointing if approached with questions of who, questions about what — "What has been going down? What are they trying to protect? What is the source of most of this mess?" — yield illuminating answers.
Over the course of the special, Beck zeroed in on what-centric documents that should put to bed any remaining doubts that the CIA is (or at least until recently has been) an unchecked, meddlesome, and dangerous organization willing to interfere in American elections, businesses, and media reports.
Going beyond the archives, Beck handily demonstrated with a replica of the rifle Oswald supposedly used in 1963, along with the appropriate "CIA bullets," that the single-shooter narrative is plausible. Beck also spoke to Shane Stevens, the grandson of Billie Sol Estes — a Texas businessman with alleged ties to Lyndon B. Johnson — about an expert-authenticated recording in which an alleged associate of LBJ accused him of hiring a hit man to take out Kennedy.
Beck covered a lot of ground in his Wednesday special, discussing, for instance:
new evidence of the bad blood between JFK and the CIA that was brought to a boil after the 1961 Bay of Pigs fiasco;
the parallels between Kennedy's counter-moves against the CIA in the early 1960s and President Donald Trump's moves against the U.S. Agency for International Development in recent months;
indications that the CIA was tracking Lee Harvey Oswald from the moment he departed the Soviet Union;
the agency's connections to the establishment that sold Oswald the rifle that shot Kennedy, as well as to the ammunition used in the assassination;
the CIA's infiltration of the American media and businesses and its apparent attempted wiretap of then-Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy; and
former CIA asset John Garrett Underhill Jr.'sallegationthat elements of the agency killed the sitting president because he caught wind that they were "carrying on a lucrative racket in gun-running, narcotics and other contraband, and manipulating political intrigue" for their own ends.
...In January, Alex Jones of Infowars hosted Shane Stevens and played never-heard-before digital audio of Clifton Carter, the former executive director of the Democratic National Committee and an apparently close associate of LBJ, claiming in conversation with Stevens' grandfather, convicted fraudster Billie Sol Estes, that Johnson hired a man named Malcolm "Mac" Wallace to kill JFK. ...."This does not mean there wasn't involvement by the CIA, the Secret Service, FBI, Mafia, or others, but I do believe it helps confirm the LBJ and Mac Wallace involvement."
When pressed about his delay in releasing the audio, Stevens told Beck his grandfather tried on more than one occasion to "release the truth" but came to fear for his life.
