Shocking audio has emerged revealing how a radical DEI activist allegedly tried to help minority candidates cheat on an entrance exam and put lives in danger in the process. The Daily Mail on Wednesday reported that Shelton Snow, a key figure in the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), vowing to tell the minorities advance answers to the entry exam. “There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of, and I am going to send that to you via email,” he told the candidates. The information was made available back in 2014 to minority candidates but whites were excluded. But until now, it has been widely hidden from the public. One former member of NBCFAE, Matthew Douglas, provided some more disturbing information to the Daily Mail today. He said that multiple individuals not only took Snow up on his offer, but some of these people are still flying planes today. “I know several people who cheated, and I know several people who are controlling planes as we speak,” Douglas explained. Even more disturbingly, Snow, a US Navy veteran, still works for the FAA as an air traffic operations supervisor based out of New York. News of this audio comes when just under two months ago, a tragic incident unfolded at Reagan National Airport where an American Airlines passenger jet collided with a Blackhawk helicopter during landing. All 64 passengers in the jet were killed. The three pilots in the Blackhawk helicopter also died in the explosive crash. Democrats and their corporate media allies later blamed Trump even though there have been aviation staffing shortages for years because of DEI policies first implemented under the Obama regime. The FAA has denied 1,000 air traffic controller applicants because they were ‘too white’ and now most air traffic control facilities are dealing with staffing shortages. United States Agency for International Development staffers were instructed to shred or burn sensitive documents this week According to an email obtained by Politico, the USAID acting executive director, Erica Carr, told workers on Tuesday to destroy "classified safes and personnel documents" at the agency's former Washington, D.C., headquarters at the Ronald Reagan Building. Carr called the directive an "all day" event. She directed staff to use a dark marker to label burn bags as "SECRET" and "USAID/B/IO/," which refers to "bureau or independent office." While her correspondence did not note a reason for the destruction of documents, it comes on the heels of the Trump administration announcing massive cuts to the agency. Earlier this week, Secretary of State Marco Rubio shared that the White House had canceled 5,200, or 83%, of USAID's contracts. Politico stated that most of the agency's staff has either been laid off or placed on administrative leave. In late February, reports surfaced that an email had been sent to staffers, revealing that roughly 2,000 workers would be impacted by the layoffs. A union representing USAID contractor workers requested that a federal judge move to block the destruction of the documents, the Associated Press reported. The American Foreign Service Association stated it is concerned that the documents "may be relevant to ongoing litigation regarding the termination of USAID employees and the cessation of USAID grants." Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow with the Heritage Foundation, claimed that the USAID workers were "committing felonies under 18 USC 1519 in destroying Gov documents."
