FNC’s Turley: Courts Have Handcuffed ICE, Congress Needs to Change Law:

On Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Fox News Contributor and George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley discussed a federal court ruling restricting ICE arrests in D.C. and stated that Congress has to say, “we’ve got a crisis, the previous administration allowed millions of people, unvetted, into this country, and we have to take the system and reform it so we can move greater numbers for deportation” because the interpretation of current law is in dispute.

Turley said the ruling “does put handcuffs on ICE. And this really captures the problem that they’re facing. The Biden administration opened up the southern border and let millions of people through. … But once these millions were in the country, you have many in Congress that said, well, we don’t want to make it any easier to remove them. And so, what ICE is looking at and what the administration is looking at are millions of people that they would now be required to get individual warrants for. And that would just reduce this to a slow crawl when they’re trying to gain some ground back of what was lost during the Biden administration. Really, the Supreme Court’s going to have to look at these standards.”

Where is Congress to say, we’ve got a crisis, the previous administration allowed millions of people, unvetted, into this country, and we have to take the system and reform it so we can move greater numbers for deportation?”

AG Bondi: Evidence Leading to J6 Pipe Bomber Arrest ‘Collecting Dust’ at Biden’s FBI for 4 Years:

Evidence leading to the arrest of a suspect for planting pipe bombs at the DNC and RNC was “sitting there collecting dust” at the FBI during the four years of the Biden administration, Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed Thursday.

In a press conference Thursday afternoon, Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro and others praised the herculean months-long work to arrest a suspect after years of inactivity during Joe Biden’s administration.

Brian Cole Jr. was  arrested and charged with placing the pipe bombs at the RNC and the DNC on January 5, 2021. He was also charged with transporting an explosive device in interstate commerce and the attempted malicious destruction by means of explosive materials, with more charges likely to result from the ongoing investigation.

The arrest raises questions about the lack of progress made by the Biden administration under FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland.

“This cold case languished for four years until Director Patel and Deputy Director Bongino came to the FBI,” Bondi explained. “The FBI along with U.S. Attorney Piero and all of our prosecutors have worked tirelessly for months sifting through evidence that had been sitting at the FBI with the Biden administration for four long years.”

The damning evidence was in the FBI’s position before Trump took office, Bondi emphasized. “There was no new tip, there was no new witness, just good, diligent police work and prosecutorial work,” she explained.

“The Seditious Six” Face New Legal Challenges — Massive MONEY LAUNDERING Allegations Emerge:

Recently, six lawmakers caused an uproar and prepared a video that implied that soldiers should not follow orders... These six have now acquired the moniker of “Seditious Six”.

It now appears that the six lawmakers have been found to have been heavily involved in money laundering. Investigative Reporter/Citizen Journalist, Bob Cushman, has just released an FEC data analysis that strongly suggests that Mark Kelly, Elissa Slotkin, Jason Crow, Chris Deluzio, Chrissy Houlahan, and Maggie Goodlander have been recipients of illegally laundered campaign funds.

In the initial investigation, Cushman cites 22 Smurf examples that have “allegedly” contributed almost three million dollars in more than 95,000 separate donations to Democratic coffers.

All six members of the Seditious Six have received funds from one or more of these “smurfs”.

It was also revealed that several senior members of ActBlue have abruptly resigned since allegations of fraud have come forward and several federal investigations have begun in 2025.

In Stunning Development Supreme Court Agrees to Decide Constitutionality of Trump’s Birthright Citizenship Executive Order:

According to President Trump’s order, the 14th Amendment is being misinterpreted by the left to give citizenship to ‘anchor babies.’

Trump’s order argued the 14th Amendment has always excluded babies born to people in the US illegally.

“[The] Fourteenth Amendment has never been interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within the United States. The Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded from birthright citizenship persons who were born in the United States but not “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,”” Trump’s order said.

CBS News reported:

The Supreme Court said Friday it will decide the legality of President Trump’s executive order that seeks to end birthright citizenship, which automatically grants citizenship to anyone born in the U.S.

Trump Admin Informs Europe: Lead NATO Defense by 2027 or Shoulder the Burden Without US:

The Trump administration, according to officials cited by Reuters, has quietly informed EU diplomats that the United States expects Europe to assume most of NATO’s conventional defense responsibilities by 2027.

Euroglobalists allegedly have privately confessed this wake-up call is beyond their grasp, even if they drastically slashed their ballooning social welfare budgets.

Pentagon representatives are said to have delivered the message during a closed-door meeting in Washington, warning that, as things currently stand, U.S. participation in core NATO coordination structures is set to be scaled back considerably.

For decades, Europe has relied on American military might to maintain its unity and protect it from outside threats while funneling billions into social welfare expansion, left-globalist ideological adventures, and mass-migration policies.

The shift comes just as the White House released its new national security strategy, bluntly declaring that “the days of the United States propping up the entire world order like Atlas are over.” The document makes clear that wealthy Western European nations must assume primary responsibility for their immediate region while the U.S. adopts a supporting role.
President Trump’s “Hague Commitment,” which demands NATO members spend 5 percent of GDP on defense, is now official U.S. doctrine. European governments endorsed it on paper, but few have any realistic path to—or any intention of—meeting it.
Across the Old Continent, public confidence in transnational institutions like the EU and NATO is eroding as crises at home pile up—energy shortages, skyrocketing prices, sustained increases in violent crime over the years, housing pressures, strained social welfare systems, and social fragmentation driven by unrelenting mass migration from the Third World.

Trump announces 12 billion in assistance to farmers:

President Donald Trump reaffirmed his support for the agricultural sector by announcing a $12 billion economic assistance package aimed at providing stability for American farmers. He emphasized that farmers are “the backbone of the country” and stated that this relief will help bring this year's harvest to market, plan for next year's crops, and continue lowering food prices for families.

Trump harshly criticized the impact of the Biden administration, asserting that under “Sleepy Joe Biden,” farmers were hit by the worst inflation in modern history and by harmful restrictions on energy, water, and countless other essential resources. He recalled that during his first term, the United States recorded a large agricultural trade surplus, which Biden turned into a “deep deficit.”

The president stated that his administration is already reversing that situation...

U.S. Supreme Court Smacks Down Lower Court in Major Win for Amish Families Fighting New York’s Draconian School Vaccine Mandates:

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday reversed a lower-court decision that had sided with New York State’s sweeping school vaccine mandates, and ordered the case back to the appeals court for a full reconsideration.

At the center of the case is a shocking and deeply disturbing campaign by New York officials to bankrupt Amish schools, intimidate parents, and shut down religious education entirely, all because the Amish refuse to inject their children with state-mandated vaccines that violate their longstanding religious beliefs.

Despite admitting that the Amish families were sincere in their religious beliefs, the New York Department of Health slapped three one-room Amish schools with devastating penalties:

  • $52,000 against Dygert Road School
  • $46,000 against Twin Mountains School
  • $20,000 against Shady Lane School

These fines were issued for a single day of alleged “noncompliance,” and the DOH openly bragged in its filings that it was being “generous,” warning that future fines would be even more severe.

The Amish schools, which receive no government funding, operate on private land, and are central to the community’s religious life, face closure because the families have no means of paying these six-figure state-imposed financial attacks.

But on Monday, the nation’s highest court issued a rare and forceful correction.

Children’s Health Defense reported:

Today’s ruling is a win for health and religious freedom advocates — one that could have implications for other states that don’t allow religious exemptions from school vaccine mandates, attorneys said.

Minnesota: ‘Nearly Every’ Somali Household with Children Is on Welfare:

More than 8-in-10 households headed by Somali refugees in the state of Minnesota are on one or more forms of American taxpayer-funded welfare, new data published by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) reveals.

The data, based on 10 years of data from the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey (ACS), shows drastic disparities between native-born American households and Somali-born households in Minnesota, where nearly 80,000 residents have Somali ancestry compared to zero who had Somali ancestry in 1990.

Disparities between native-born Americans and Somali refugees in Minnesota go deeper than welfare use, the data shows. Somali refugees who are in or near poverty in Minnesota surpass 66 percent, while fewer than 2-in-10 native-born Minnesotans live in or near poverty.

Somali refugees in Minnesota also tend to be vastly less educated than their Minnesotan counterparts.

While only 5 percent of native-born Americans in Minnesota do not have a high school diploma, almost 40 percent of Somali refugees say the same, including more than 28 percent who have lived in Minnesota for more than 10 years.

Democrats Applaud as Gov. Tim Walz Promises to Welcome More Somali Migrants to Minnesota:

Minnesota’s embattled Democrat Governor Tim Walz earned a standing ovation at a party fundraiser in Seattle Tuesday when he promised to bring even more fraud-prone Somali migrants into his state.

...Walz told the audience that Somalis were being “demonized” by critics of the Minnesota Somali community’s billions in fraud and wholesale theft of state welfare funding.

Walz then came to the support of the Somali community in his crime-ridden state, saying, “We have in Minnesota per capita wise, more refugees than any other state...."

Last week, the reporter confronted Walz who had claimed that he is “putting people in jail” for the massive amount of welfare funding fraud in Minnesota. However, the truth is, neither Walz nor any of his state agencies have spent any time at all investigating or prosecuting welfare fraud in Minnesota. The only prosecuting is being done at the federal level.
