Lawsuit Claims Anthropic Used Hundreds of Elvis Presley Songs to Train AI:

The owners of Elvis Presley’s music catalog have sued AI giant Anthropic, accusing it of infringing copyrights on 274 of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll’s songs.

Billboard reports that a unit of Authentic Brands Group, which controls Elvis Presley’s song catalog, trademarks, and name, image and likeness rights, filed the suit. Other rights holders to Presley’s music joined as co-plaintiffs.

The legal war over the usage of copyrighted works by AI giants impacts every author, creator, and media company in the country.

Mysterious Triangular Object with Advanced Flying Capability Revealed in Latest Tranche of UAP Files:

The Department of War released its seventh tranche of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) files on Friday, including a memo detailing a recently sighted triangular object in the western United States that disappeared at a fighter jet-like speed of an estimated 1,800 miles per hour.

The memo states the incident happened in 2026, with two observers, described as “federal law enforcement agents,” documenting their accounts.

From an observation post on a ridgeline on an evening with clear skies, the agents witnessed the craft, estimated to have a 13 to 15-foot wingspan, a 6 to 9-foot fuselage, and a maximum thickness of 1 to 2 feet vertically.

The aircraft is described as making “a slow, controlled, perfectly vertical ascent directly over the ridge line” for “approximately 10 seconds,” climbing a few hundred feet “without tilting, swaying, or wobbling.”  It did so silently, without the agents observing any “propulsive apertures, rotating elements, rivets, panels, windows, canopy,” or cabin structures. From there, it “entered a stable hover” for approximately 20 seconds, without drift or oscillation.

During that time, the agents used infrared to gauge the aircraft’s thermal signature, and “the entire airframe presented a spatially uniform thermal signature with no localized hot spots, engine heat signature, or exhaust plumes.”  “No heat shimmer, vapor trail, or particulate discharge was detected,” the memo adds.

The craft then transitioned rapidly into a “high-speed horizontal flight” from the hover and maneuvered with speed like a “military fighter jet” for two to three seconds in silence before disappearing, per the memo.

(VIDEO) Trump Responds to Brazil’s Election: “It Looked Like Another Rigged Election… So Corrupt, So Terrible”

President Trump on Monday responded to the Brazilian elections on Sunday, where Socialist Lula da Silva won in a rigged election against Flavio Bolsonaro, the son of former persecuted president Jair Bolsonaro.

Notably, in an unprecedented move, voting hours were extended by two hours while Bolsonaro was leading. Then, Lula da Silva came back and won after the extension was ordered by his personal attorney and Brazilian Justice Christiano Zanin.

Bolsonaro is now challenging the results.

President Trump responded on Monday, calling the election "rigged."

"It looked terrible to me. I thought it was terrible-looking. I didn't take sides, but it looked like another rigged election, frankly," he said.

‘Euthanizing More Canadians Than Dogs Each Year’: Examining The Monstrosity Of ‘MAiD’

Euthanasia was legalized in Canada in June 2016 following a Supreme Court ruling. And what a slippery slope it has been!

Originally, Medical Assistance in Dying, or MAiD, was only permitted for those who had a serious, incurable medical condition and whose natural death was immediately foreseeable. But as we say, once the door is opened to something like this, the door will be pushed open further and further.

Just two years later, people whose only condition was mental illness were included...

With just 10 years having passed since MAiD was implemented, it has become a leading cause of death, with over 100,000 Canadians having ended their own lives with the assistance of a doctor.

According to one article, “Nearly 23% of people overall reported ‘isolation or loneliness’ as a reason for seeking euthanasia. Medical practitioners reported that about 50% of people requested it because of being a ‘perceived burden on family, friends, or caregivers.’”

This elderly woman was apparently approved by doctors to end her own life because she couldn’t cook anymore. How incredibly evil...

When sinful, fallible human beings pass evil laws like MAiD and abortion, they are effectively saying they are gods who have the power of life and death. But God is the only true God, and we will all someday stand before Him and give account for what we have done.

And how long before it’s considered that people should be put to death because they are seen as a threat to society because of their beliefs? Christians? Think it couldn’t happen? It happens now in some countries.

Study Finds Paper Straws More Harmful to the Environment than Plastic, Contain Carcinogens:

A South Korean study found that paper straws may actually be more harmful to the environment than plastic ones, when taking into account their full life cycle from manufacturing to landfill. They also have more than six times the carcinogenic impact of traditional plastic straws. President Donald Trump ended the Biden Administration’s push for paper straws last year.

The study’s findings undermine a lengthy environmental debate that spent a decade comparing plastic straws to toxic emissions, while seeking to replace them with paper tubes that collapse in people’s drinks.

South Korea’s Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment, evaluated four types of straws — conventional plastic, paper, biodegradable plastic, and bio-based polyethylene — and their life-cycles in 16 different environmental categories.

Conventional plastic straws had the smallest environmental impact in 10 of the 16 categories, including climate change, human toxicity, particulate matter, and acidification.

Paper straws, meanwhile, had 6.33 times the carcinogenic impact of standard plastic straws, plus twice as much impact on acidifying the environment, according to the study.
