For low-income families, the benefit is modest (75 zlotys per month), but the message is clear: rewarding responsible parenthood, not subsidizing woke ideologies that promote sterile individualism.

The European Conservative Party highlights how it emulates Hungary, where mothers with two children already enjoy a lifelong exemption, boosting birth rates by 20% since 2010.

This news breaks the pessimism: Poland proves that conservative governments prioritize life, not an omnipotent state.

China Begins Paying Women to Have Babies:

China’s state-run Global Times on Monday reported that 25 provincial authorities are set to begin distributing “maternity allowances” to women on November 1.

In other words, having exhausted every other strategy to combat demographic decline, China will start paying women to have babies.

Louise Loo, head of Asia research for Oxford Economics, glumly noted to the Washington Post on October 11 that it is “almost impossible to reverse a demographic decline,” even for an authoritarian regime like China with fairly deep pockets.

China’s brutal “One Child Policy” of population control left the next generation short of fertile women, since couples wanted boys more than girls. The Chinese Communist regime seemed surprised that it could not simply order its population to start having more children when demographic decline became apparent. Numerous big-money programs to increase fertility have failed to produce adequate results, as in other declining countries that attempted similar programs, like Japan and South Korea.

“The Chinese government is now throwing money at the problem, but it may come as too little, too late. Last month, Beijing unveiled a new subsidy of about $500 a year for the first three years of a child’s life. On social media, some commentators noted they would consider having more children if the subsidy were 10 times what’s being offered,” the Washington Post noted.

BREAKING: Identity of 21-Year-Old Semi-Truck Driver Who Killed Three People in Fiery SoCal Crash Released: Indian Illegal Alien: Jashanpreet Singh:

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, Singh is an Indian illegal alien who was caught and released by border patrol agents at the El Centro, California, sector by the Biden administration in March 2022.

“I’m told ICE is placing a detainer request on Singh with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, where he is in custody on suspicion of DUI causing great bodily injury and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. He has not been formally charged yet,” Bill Melugin said.

Eyewitnesses said the collision created a massive fireball after the driver failed to stop as traffic slowed down.

A total of 8 vehicles, including four big rig trucks, were involved in the deadly crash.

Feds: Indian Illegal Alien Truck Driver Failed Exam 10 Times Before Allegedly Killing 3 People in Crash:

In August, 28-year-old illegal alien Harjinder Singh of India was driving a semi-truck when he made an illegal U-turn on a Florida highway and spurred a crash that left three people dead.

Video of the crash quickly went viral as Singh, and his brother in the passenger seat, can be seen having little-to-no reaction to the crash.

...we learned that Singh failed his written exam 10 times, and he took his behind-the-wheel training course at a private CDL school in Washington,” Uthmeier wrote on X. “That school will be hearing from my office soon.”

An investigation opened by Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy found that Singh was able to secure the CDL thanks to the sanctuary states of Washington and California.

After the deadly crash in Florida, Singh was given an English Language Proficiency assessment by the Department of Transportation. Officials said he failed the test, correctly answering only 2 of 12 verbal questions and accurately identifying just 1 of 4 traffic signs.

The fatal crash involving the illegal alien spurred Secretary of State Marco Rubio to pause the issuance of CDLs going to foreign nationals.
