The whistleblower’s father said his son, a hospital intern, refused to source child donors and thus may have been murdered, according to an Epoch Times source. The recent sentencing of a Chinese doctor and the mysterious death of a whistleblower have further exposed the large-scale state-sanctioned forced organ harvesting in China, according to analysts. Liu Xiangfeng, a surgeon at a top Chinese hospital who was accused of corruption and removing patients’ healthy organs, was sentenced to 17 years in prison in China. Meanwhile, the parents of the whistleblower—who died in suspicious circumstances after collating evidence against Liu and the hospital—had gone into hiding on Nov. 3 just before the police went to arrest them, a source familiar with the matter told The Epoch Times. The family retrieved Luo’s cell phone and computer from his dorm, had data restored, and found more than 1,000 pieces of evidence that Luo had collected, including screenshots and voice recordings, on Liu’s alleged harvesting and trading of organs in collusion with others. Luo’s family claimed that the Second Xiangya Hospital, over the years, used the WeChat accounts of students, including Luo’s, to “transfer up to 40 million yuan [about $5.5 million] of profit from illicit organ transplants” to the head nurse of the kidney transplant department. Luo’s father also spoke of conversations he had with Luo in which his son suggested that doctors at the hospital had been removing patients’ organs without their knowledge or consent. “In fact, it exposed one of the most horrendous crimes of the Chinese Communist Party, which is the black industry of live organ harvesting, of which [Liu’s case] is a part,” he told The Epoch Times. Outgoing U.S. President Joe Biden has reportedly approved the use of long-range American missiles by Ukraine to strike within the Russian mainland, in a move which may escalate the conflict two months before President-Elect Donald Trump comes into office with a mandate to seek a peace settlement. The Biden White House previously approved the use of ATACMS by Kyiv to strike Russian targets within Ukrainian territory, including Russian-occupied lands such as Crimea, which was illegally annexed by Moscow under the Obama administration in 2014. The Biden administration had also approved the use of shorter-range American missiles for limited cross-border strikes within Russia. However, President Biden had been hesitant to permit the Ukrainians to use ATACMS within Russia for fear of escalating the conflict, with reported concerns over the world’s largest nuclear power potentially using more powerful weapons within Ukraine, Moscow increasing assistance to American adversaries such as the Islamist regime in Iran or to the Houthi terrorists in Yemen in their quest to disrupt global shipping. The apparent about-face from the Biden administration may be seen as an attempt to undermine peace efforts by incoming President Donald Trump, who has already embarked upon unofficial diplomatic efforts to fulfil his promise of negotiating an end to the war. Shortly after securing victory in last week’s elections, Mr Trump held calls with principal players in the conflict, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. Reports also claimed that the present-elect spoke with Vladimir Putin and urged him not to escalate the war before the transition of power in Washington. The Kremlin has denied the call took place. Speaking from Brussels on Wednesday, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said: “President Biden has committed to making sure that every dollar we have at our disposal will be pushed out the door between now and January 20th.” A bullet hit a Southwest Airlines plane near the cockpit as the flight was taxiing for takeoff at Dallas Love Field on Friday night, KXAS-TV reported. An airport spokesperson told the station the gunfire forced an evacuation of the flight, and KXAS added that Dallas Police are looking for whoever pulled the trigger. Flight 2494 was struck around 8:30 p.m., KXAS said, citing the Federal Aviation Administration, which added that the plane — which was taxiing for takeoff to Indianapolis — returned to the gate where passengers deplaned. ...no one was hurt. Residents of a North Carolina town where Hurricane Helene hit last month have encased a Bible discovered stuck to a post. North Carolina resident Benjamin Fuller was one of the first to discover the Bible and noted that it was open to the Book of Revelation, chapters 14 and 15. In a video, Fuller states, “The man who lives here had to be rescued off of the roof by a raft, and they’re just demoing the entire house.” [Starts just after the 4 minute mark, lasts about 35 minutes.] https://www.youtube.com/live/zxVpRZI3LUU Sentencing of Chinese Doctor, Death of Whistleblower Shed Light on China’s Large-Scale Organ Trade:
