
But it is possible for God to command a sinful being to stand (temporarily) in His presence in order to commission him (Isaiah 6), to exact an account from him (Job 1-2), or to judge him (Revelation 20:11–15) without compromising His holiness. Psalm 82 - especially vs. 6-7 depicts the angelic princes summoned before the throne to be judged for the derelict of their duty and their sin against the King “You are gods, sons of the Most High, all of you, nevertheless, like men you shall die and fall like any prince”. Part of the Song of Deborah depicts the fall of the satan, his princes, and the destruction of their planet as they came against God —- Judges 5:23 “Curse Meroz, says the angel of the LORD, curse its inhabitants thoroughly, because they did not come to the help of the LORD, to the help of the LORD against the mighty.” According to the Talmud (Moed Katan 16A) - Meroz is a planet that was the home of intelligent beings without a Free Will (<i>behirah</i>) - destroyed per the Goddard Institute for space science - between Venus and Mercury. In a round about way — satan must be summoned to the throne room, he is limited to God’s allowances as we see in Job. Psalm 89 is another layered describing the victory of God over his enemies (satan and the 7 prince followers). And Malachi 1:3 involves yet another layer — speaking of Esau (satan) — “Esau I have hated and …. There is so much hidden in scripture, yet so much is obvious … a fascinating living Word. We have yet to discover the whole picture, but soon God will open even our blind eyes. As His children, we have much more to learn and it will involve the eternity of our souls. Our God, our Heavenly Father, who loves us with His steadfast love, who redeemed us with His own righteous blood and bought back our planet, is beyond our understanding during this age.
