I think the only signs we can observe are things that are setting up to take place during Daniel's 70th week. For example, we know the abomination of desolation at the middle of the 7-year tribulation requires a Temple be in place before then. So, the fact that we are seeing so much activity in preparation for the new temple simply testifies that the Tribulation is drawing near. Same for the technology we see clearly shaping up for the Mark of the Beast. It is the old Christmas-Thanksgiving dynamic. When you start seeing the Christmas decorations going up in November, you know that Thanksgiving has got to be getting close. So it is when you see the things that we know will take place in the 70th week start showing up in their formative stages, you know the harpazo must be coming soon. Maranatha!!!
