And i agree with you. "We are so very close, it is literally just a matter of days! Maybe right now, but before 2019 comes to a close. I've thought so since 2013. I thought it would be over by now. I was sure of it. At this point, i'm not worried about the detail of the doctrine. Jesus said He comes quickly. He comes tachus. Quickly is the adjective "tachus", where the word tachometer comes from. Fast, which means swift, quick, speedy. The point is that our Lord is coming fast, and when He comes, He is coming suddenly, So something might happen like during the first Pentecost, another big out pouring of the Holy Spirit. Seven days, maybe 21 days before we meet in the air. Time for those to call out on the name of the Lord. Time for our sons AND our daughters to truly prophesy. Time for our young men to see visions, and the old to dream dreams. And the watchmen to see eye to eye. At least we don't have long to wait. Also, as we get closer to home going ... I’ve been expecting more and more countries to cry out for a peace deal. Bloomberg News reported Friday that Mohammad Suhail Shaheen, a spokesman for the group based in Doha, said over the phone that the two sides "are getting close" to an agreement that would lead to a cessation of hostilities in Afghanistan while the Taliban begins talks with the Afghan government. If “a reasonable and convincing proposal" is presented, Shaheen added, "the peace agreement will be concluded soon.” “We hope the Americans come up with a reasonable timeline [for withdrawing troops] and that we can agree to," he added. His comments were echoed by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo during a Fox News interview Thursday. Pompeo said he expects "real progress” on a deal by September. During a visit to the country earlier this month, Pompeo called for "Afghan-led" and "Afghan-owned" peace talks between the Taliban and Afghanistan's government, despite the Taliban's past refusal to negotiate directly with the U.S.-backed government. "The United States will support, facilitate and participate in these discussions," Pompeo said earlier this month, according to Fox News. As I shared before, I'm tired of dealing with my brokenness and that of others. I'm tired of picking and scratching just to keep my flesh functioning. But mostly, I'm tired of sinning against my Creator! Indeed, can't wait to be in His eternal presence never more to be separated. All in all I'm bored with this existence! The routine of this life just doesn't seem to excite any more. Everything is just so predictable. Only God can save me from myself, but more importantly for Himself! Again this is not a death wish.
