@perhapstoday I have yet to figure out why people even bother to drink decaf — such a waste of time in my opinion. I typically have about 3-4 cups a day — that helps get things done — NOT! ROTFL

@tammie If decaf tasted good I would drink it but it tastes thin to me and even if you make it darker it just makes it taste bitter. I don't care for it. Espresso actually has less caffeine than coffee. It has about 60 mg whereas coffee has 100mg and I like the way it tastes so as long as I'm not having it too late in the evening I can drink it.

@yohanan So true about decaf tasting watered down - I tried it once and thought this was the nastiest tasting water I have ever drank ROTFL Calvin   Adding creamer only made it taste like skim milk, no — that tastes better, it is not good and should not carry the name of coffee with it… my opinion.

Did not know that about espresso — I tried Espresso once when we were in Belarus at a coffee shop — it about knocked me into tomorrow! My granddaughter had Egyptian and Turkish coffee when she was on a mission trip there and said that I would really like it (I have my doubts). Smile

Most times I can drink coffee at any time, the caffeine does not seem to affect me like it does some folks.

The drink of heaven is certainly going to include coffee… I am convinced … no scripture to back that claim, just a nudge as to my Father knowing what I like. Yahoo

@tammie This reminds me of the American tourist in Germany who asked the waiter in a restaurant if they had any American beer. "Unfortunately not, sir" said the waiter.

"Well then bring me something that's the nearest to an American beer".

So the waiter brought him a glass of water.

@paulr Good one Paul - and having traveled in many countries, enjoyed coffee (don’t know about beer) from many of these countries — I can concur that to be a true statement….. Wacko

@tammie Decaf reminds me of reusing a Keurig pod. I just don't see the point in it.
