Yep. I am on a Seefood diet. Despite the toxic pesticide soil ... I’m leaning the vegan life (Fruits, veggies, nuts, making smoothie meal replacement drinks, eggs, yogurt, cheese, pasta, pizza) seems to be still a healthier diet if you buy organic because they are injecting the cows with hormones so they get big and fatter quicker. I’m feeling better since I started a vegan diet this summer and reduced my intake of red meat and chicken to 2 meals a week vs. every day. I’m also being more careful of where to buy my fruits and veggies and avoiding products from farms known to have continual recalls of E-coli or salmonella poisoning. :mdrmdr: Again the Lord has blessed me! I have only one known allergy, bee stings! I have no restrictions with regards to diet! Sadly, many are just intolerant naturally to so many foods and medicines! Sad. TR I lean more towards vegan, yet I’m not opposed to certain fish (salmon, tilapia, tuna); most meat I buy from organic, grass fed, using a coop when possible. Been this way for over 30 years, I have none of the diseases most of my age group carry - no DM, no cardiac, really healthy for over 60 plus ... but for the bulk of the population, I encourage you to eat whatever you feel you need to —— keeps me and my colleagues in jobs :mdrmdr: Geri, I love a great green, fruit smoothie— awesome breakfast! My grandkids have a smoothie for lunch daily. Typical easy meal prep —- oatmeal, a bit of coconut oil, cinnamon, honey, raisins (or banana/ strawberry/ seasonal—-I grow some berries). Know a bee keeper!
Lunch - fresh salad, loaded with variety and different veggies.... dont always have three meals - eat nuts and fruit or veggies all day, kind of grazer so may have a morning meal then late afternoon —- done!
Might be a bit different in heaven —- Looking forward to manna! :prayer-hands:
