Seems that this mild form of persecution doesn't discriminate. Across all lines, barriers, nations and ages. I've been expecting some sort of persecution to hit the U.S. But it seems as Donna has rightly pointed out, God's last call of salvation to the world at large. Indeed things could get a little worse should stock markets continue to crash! Again the word God has put in my spirit is: Be still and know that I am Lord! His seed shall not beg bread. Though we stand and find no way to go, the waters of evil shall be parted. Our vision should not be horizontal or looking to the world, but rather vertical for our redemption draweth nigh! Secondly, all the more as we see our day approaching, that we should invest more time in our prayer closets. In order to better receive comfort and guidance, IMHO! God is not looking to create situational fear, but rather a godly fear/respect for Him! Indeed as for us, the greater our troubles the more we cry out to God! As the fires of our trials continue either to remove dross, or to wake a sleeping Church. All the more I am convinced that this is indeed being directed by the hand of God. Lastly, for those who would hear what the Spirit is speaking to the Church, this indeed may be our advance warning. Short of being told the exact day of the Rapture, these increasing sorrows only confirm the nearness of His return! In the end the question isn't how bad will things get! But rather how quickly until we hear that trumpet blast! Let not your hearts be troubled, for lo I am with you till the end of the age! TR I believe this virus shall go rampant for few more months, and God shall intervene and brings everything back into normal state. For believers, we view it as miracle and praise God. But for unbelievers, they shall go on and live their daily life as if God doesn't exist. This could be one of the few signs God gives the world before He calls the church home. God gives one last miracle and tries to turn the world's attention to Him. Concerning if this virus comes from God, my answer is no. I believe this virus comes from God's enemy Satan and his accomplice. I’m not sure if things will ever go back to “normal” because even if the virus calms down, many would have lost their jobs and perhaps if stores do reopen ... they could be setting up their place with A.I. robots.
