I have often heard it said that before a nation goes to war, it will call home its ambassadors from the country that they are about to attack. Well, as followers of Christ, we are Ambassadors for the Kingdom of God here on earth. 2 Cor 5:20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. Based on what is going on prophetically, we as ambassadors have been put on alert to be ready to depart from this foreign land (planet earth) and return home (to Abba's house in heaven) at a moment's notice. Our King is intent upon waging war in the form of His wrath against this planet, but we will be called home from here before that wrath is poured out on earth. Until then, as Ambassadors, we occupy and advocate for the King and His Kingdom, of which our citizenship has been purchased by blood of the Lamb. May we be found as faithful Ambassadors for our King until He calls us home, with a shout, the voice of the Archangel and the trump of God, before He returns to wipe out His enemies. Maranatha!!!
