When I say this is my final conclusion, it is because I have posted few times re the 70 jubilees in this forum. First time I had 2026 as the 70th jubilee. Later on I found out I have missed the "one year" they stayed in mount Sinai, so I adjusted 2026 to 2027 as the 70th jubilee. Now I found out this morning that God commanded them to keep the land sabbath for one year when they entered the land, so I adjusted my 70th jubilee to 2028 from 2027. And since I believe I have covered all the loopholes I have missed from my previous calculation, this is why I said this calculation is my final conclusion. And I won't do any more calculation after this.

IMHO,  2021 makes a lot of sense.  2020 does too,  though.

I'll go with 2020 until I can't anymore.  Either due to the Rapture (yay!)  or the end of the year.

It's all good.  Jesus will come at the perfect time.  Smile
Thanks for all your work and diligence,  2ndcoming.  Smile

:amen:  Humbly!   I’m disturbed to when someone keeps pushing the rapture date out in left field year after year.  Here the Lord commands us to encourage each other not discourage and rob the brethren of their joy and crowns.  No wonder the Lord gives a warning “let no man steal our crowns for watching!” :popcorn

Hebrews 10:25
....  encouraging one another, and by so much the more as ye see the day drawing near

I Thess 4:16-18
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

2 Timothy 4:8

Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Revelation 3:11
Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Amen Arthur.

Indeed, this is not a matter of conviction.  But we proceed with caution emotionally for all the past let downs.

Let us continue to discern what the Spirit is speaking to the Church!  The Lord's timing is indeed perfect!

Wisdom would teach we need focus on the Lord, not a calendar date.  I can appreciate all of our enthusiasm towards our hope.

This division of focus also drives my hope for a divine disclosure!  Which also seems to be a challenging thought!

Really, were already halfway through 2020. Spring 2021 isn’t honestly that far off. But maybe God has given me Jacob’s sense of time, who knows.

2ndcoming:

Obviously, this is an emotional issue for all those looking for the imminent, Blessed Hope to occur at any moment (which I and others are experiencing) vs. putting a time-frame on it and having to keep correcting it (as you have experienced).

I don't want to part in anger with you -- I want to continue to partner in peace with you.   I just don't want HOPE to be diminished when NONE OF US know 100% the timing when Jesus will come for us.

I often try to keep to the following adage from Rupertus Meldenius in mind:

Unity on the essential things (the core of truth in our union with Christ) of the Bible, Liberty in the non-essentials (not the unimportant, but those things that if lacking do not prevent our union with Christ), and in all things, LOVE (which binds everything together in perfect harmony) (Col. 3:14).

God bless you Brother!  I am humbly reaching out to shake your hand if you will accept it.

Humbly

Humbly Irrelevant,

Like Jesus says, no one knows the day and hour. All I did is just speculation. Rapture can happen now, tomorrow, or months later. No one knows. If someone came and told me it will be in year 2035, or even longer, I won't be bothered. The same situation should apply to you. Just keep occupy everyday until He comes. Peace to you.

2nd Coming,

Just to let you know that I am in agreement with your 70 Jubilees from Exodus and there has been a lot of research done by other biblical scholars to back it up. Please continue searching and being part of the men of Issachar who understood the times that we are living in.

I have a personal interest in your study which arrives at 2028 as a very possible year for the return of our Lord, with us  to set up His kingdom, since I am also working on a study that flows into the same year and I just need to get all my ducks in a row.

To my dear Sister in Christ Humbly Irrelevant I would say that I too would like to go home asap. Today would be good, but we need to take the evidence wherever it leads us, so please don't shoot the messenger because of the message. If we have to wait another year then so be it. It may be tough, for some more than others, but hey what's another year in the sea of eternity. May we have the same attitude as the Lord as we wait, in that its an opportunity for more people to get saved this side of the rapture :

2 Peter 3:9

"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance".

Maranatha

Ditto!  The door mat will always welcome those that love Christ, no matter how goofy!  Tee, hee hee.

Indeed there may be some merit to your studies, time will tell!

My personal take doesn't matter, God's will be done!  For me, I think God is late for my liking!
