A couple of weeks ago when my power was off for 18 hrs my radon fan stopped working. The replacement fan cost $300 and it does not only my unit but my neighbor’s unit as well. The condo association board made a new ruling and claims its up to the homeowners to pay for the replacement fans. So I was asking my neighbor to pay for half the amount but he kept refusing because he is soooo cheap and said its on my side so I’m responsible even though the fan removes the toxic air from his unit as well. He fights and argues with the board for every charge. Well today ... a miracle happened ... I finally got a personal check from him for $150 :yahoo: thank you Jesus for answered prayers! This fan is warrantied for 5 yrs so I don’t expect to have to face this issue ever again with him since I expect the rapture to happen soon. Ironically though my neighbor will have a big problem when the fan stops working because I won’t be here to pay any more electric bills. B-) God is good! TR
