Hopefully, it is nothing serious and she will be back. praying for Geri. @heidi Yes, she had her identity stolen a few years ago and was offline for a few months. @heidi I have used the protection software called Malwarebytes to identify antivirus malware and ransomware. It's free and works very good to protect personal computers. I recommend that everyone get a copy if you haven't already. @rickjones427 Thank you, Rick. can I add this program to the virus protection I already have? I am using avast, but will be changing before my next renewal date. not happy with them. @heidi I have heard of Avast. I don't think you need to use another. I was suggesting that Geri should make sure that she is using a good antivirus software program. You can suggest Avast to her when she gets connected again.
