The video I posted above says Europe and USA just gave support for Turkey to claim oil in Syria. I was just thinking it is a way to increase Turkey's presence in Syria...and maybe they will need extra troops there to guard their claim. I hope it doesn't take too long.

Carlson Rips Dems, Republicans United to Defend Ukrainian Sovereignty But Not U.S. Borders:

Fox News host Tucker Carlson took issue with Democrats and some Republicans during his Friday monologue for appearing eager to come to Ukraine’s aid against Russia while ignoring regular violations of American sovereignty along the U.S.-Mexico border.

While there is a lot of political polarization in Washington, D.C., these days, Carlson said, too many establishment Democrats and Republicans appear eager to get into a needless war with Russia while ignoring the ongoing illegal migrant crisis along our southern border.

“Is that what Republican voters want? Let’s see. If you ask them, they probably say why don’t we send as much military equipment to the Texas border as we did to the Russian border? If someone says it out loud, that may be the entire country could assess how grotesque Washington’s priorities are,” Carlson noted.

“Speaking of grotesque priorities, Senator John Cornyn represents Texas. Texas is a state that’s had well over 1 million foreign nationals pour into it illegally over the last year. Right over the border,” he added.

“That is a far bigger invasion than anything Vladimir Putin is planning in Ukraine. And yet when John Cornyn talks about border security, he’s not talking about his own state or even his own country. He’s talking about Ukrainian border security,” the host said.

“If five Republicans held a press conference tomorrow to declare that the territorial integrity of the United States is more important than the territorial integrity of Ukraine, this couldn’t continue. The lunacy would end,” he continued.

“But the truth is, their interests, their beliefs are so far out of alignment with the interests and beliefs of the average person in this country, including their own voters, that once that is exposed to light, they are in trouble,” Carlson said.  “Last point, this is only happening because there is no credible opposition to it in the Congress,” he said.

Biden tells Americans in Ukraine to 'leave now' as possible Russian invasion looms:
Biden says things the country could 'go crazy quickly'

President Biden warned Americans who remain in Ukraine that they should get out of the country amid growing tensions along the border there as Russian President Vladimir Putin weighs whether to invade.

"American citizens should leave now," Biden told NBC News’ Lester Holt in a pre-taped interview that ran Thursday evening.

Biden also said there is no scenario in which he would send troops to rescue Americans in Ukraine trying to flee the country. "There’s not. That's a world war when Americans and Russia start shooting at one another," Biden said. "We’re in a very different world than we’ve ever been."

On Thursday, the State Department issued a level 4 travel advisory for Ukraine, telling Americans who remain in the country to "depart now."

Russia likely to invade Ukraine in days’ time as Belarus military drills serve as ‘cover’: Sen. Cotton:

The expectation of Russia invading Ukraine is becoming progressively more likely based on recent military patterns, Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., analyzed on "America Reports" Thursday.

According to Russian military movement and the commencement of drills with Belarus, Cotton anticipated that President Putin has every intention to attack the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv first, pending invasion.

"The sad fact is that Russia has troops encircling Ukraine and they’re exposed on almost every front," he said. "But my estimate based, on the late troop movements into Belarus, is that Vladimir Putin decided that he wanted to get to the capital sooner rather than later."

But the Belarus military drills could be all but a distraction, which has led the senator to believe that an initial invasion of Ukraine could happen in a matter of days. "Those military drills… are nothing but a cover for a likely invasion," Cotton said. "I think they tell us, since they’re starting so soon, that we could be down to a matter of days, not weeks."

Cotton advocated for not sending any troops into Ukraine as members of the U.S. military stand by at the Polish border. The senator did, however, share an explicit message for Americans still in Ukraine: Get out now.

"You should leave now," he asserted. "If you do not leave now, you should make a plan to leave by ground to the west into countries like Poland or like Hungary."  "You should not expect that the American military is going to be able to fly aircraft into Ukraine and help you evacuate after a potential invasion," he went on. "For the sake of safety, I would urge all Americans in Ukraine to leave today."

The senator also responded to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s expression of "disappointment" in diplomatic talks. Cotton boiled down the last few months of diplomacy as "nothing but a ruse" to prepare for Ukrainian invasion.  "Regrettably, because of failures of policy and weakness over the last year, as well as Vladimir Putin’s desires, I think the diplomatic route has reached its end."

Russia Threatens Nuclear War:

As 135,000 Russian troops backed by tanks and artillery stand poised on the Ukrainian border, Russian President Vladimir Putin is threatening to deploy tactical nuclear weapons.

After a telephone dialogue between Putin and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told the state-run RIA Novosti news agency Russia’s “response will be military” if the Northern Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) continues to send military aid to Ukraine.

“Of course the [military] potential of NATO and Russia are incomparable. We understand it,” Putin said. “But we also understand that Russia is one of the leading nuclear states, and by some modern components, it even outperforms many.”

According to the Federation of American Scientists Russia has just under 4,500 nuclear warheads in its stockpile making it the largest military superpower in the world today.

“There will be no winners, and you will be pulled into this conflict against your will,’ Putin added. “You won’t even have time to blink your eye when you execute Article 5.”  Article five of NATO, also called the principle of collective defense, states that an attack against one Ally is considered as an attack against all Allies.

It is assumed that Ukraine does not have nuclear weapons. Prior to 1991, Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union and had Soviet nuclear weapons in its territory. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, Ukraine held about one-third of the Soviet nuclear arsenal totaling approximately 1,900 warheads, the third-largest in the world at the time, as well as significant means of its design and production. In 1994, at the behest of US President Bill Clinton, Ukraine agreed to hand over its nuclear stockpile to Russia for dismantlement and to join the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). This was done with the expressed assurances from the US and Britain that the Soviet Union would not invade Ukraine.

From Amir Tsarfati's Telegram: The United States has updated Israel: A Russian invasion is likely to take place on Tuesday! 2/15/2022.

I really hope we are called home to be with Jesus very soon. I don't want to witness this horror. I trust God either way.

God Bless.

How close is the Rapture? ~ ~  ~  It's all coming together . . we see it, and sense the world leader about to open the curtains, lest Turkey, Russia and their allies push the nuke button, which we know happens after the Church is lifted ~ ~
