NATO troops have been flowing into our territory for some time, and this month they signed a new agreement with NATO, which caused dissenting protests in our country. Maybe this can lead to w3! As Geri and Sonya said. We have had Russian troops here for 20 years (since 1968) and now we have American ...... Sonya, if Russia makes incursions into a NATO nation, this would mean world war. Those allies in eastern european countries are Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria Susan. Slovakia and the Czech Republic too! In light of prophecy, I think this current conflict will not turn into a world war, but there may be other conflicts that take advantage of it (Taiwan?). Main reason is Ezekiel 38 -- only Russia is to the uttermost north of Israel, so it will still be capable of mounting a huge invasion when the time comes. If this greatly expands, that's not going to be possible. Now if Iran does something to bring about the destruction of Damascus, all bets are off. I guess we'll see... Jerusalem Post article today 2/24 says "Russia takes issue with Israel's sovereignty over Golan Heights and Jerusalem"!!!!! Could it be this fast??
