Just some weird COVID/Tribulation  observations….

I live in Europe (Spain) and each European country seems to have their own way of doing things vis a vis COVID.  Over Thanksgiving I went to Amsterdam Netherlands and noticed several things that were routine to the Dutch that just showed me the lateness of the hour and the closeness to the tribulation.

1)      In most places cash was not accepted.  Credit cards and debit cards only.  Not just a few places, most places.  Even KLM airlines(the Dutch flag carrier)………no cash for onboard purchases.

2)      I have all three jabs and keep the card stapled to my passport.  The passport and shot card did not work anywhere.  The only thing that worked was a scannable QR code.

3)      To get the code required daily COVID speed tests.  Some speed testing places were free, I think some government run, but most required pay.  We got tested each day and they would email the test result to you within 15 minutes which could be uploaded to the app and create the QR code.

4)      EVERY restaurant, bar, and museum required the QR code for admittance.  Each place and worker had something on their phone they could scan our code and I could see the green check mark pop up.  We could then be seated or place an order.

5)      The locals were very compliant, all in masks, and no pushback of any kind that I saw.

It was crystal clear what is soon to be on the horizon.  Almost no business could be transacted without a QR code and very little was transacted in cash.

I guess it was a preview of coming attractions…….and the people will be compliant and fall right into line.  Scary..........but so happy to not be here to see it.

:yahoo:
