So far 42 people recently “tested positive” at a local urgent care health facility so they had hundreds of people lining up to get tested. Now the locals are resenting and blaming the out of state visitors for contaminating the town. One medical facility that did the testing last week is located across the street from the town bookstore so now the bookstore owner has closed its doors out of fear ... because while the people were waiting to be tested they were walking around in his bookstore to cool off with the AC. This morning I went to pay my water bill and the town clerk writes my name on a log and asked for my telephone number. I said what for? She said this is the track tracing list ... if anyone test positive in this building we will contact you so you get tested. Good grief ... I now regret not mailing the payment check to her instead. We should not feel sorry for this book owner if his business goes under because he is a high level mason and wouldn’t hire me back in 1999 because he said I wouldn’t fit in with them. A sales guy called me that my book is in and when I went to pay for it .... he said is this about kidnapping?
