THE ETERNAL SECURITY OF THE CHURCH AGE BELIEVER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US: . . ~ ~ Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth, we are looking at the amazing action that God performed on the day we got saved. In one, fell swoop, you were judged, found guilty, sentenced to an eternity in Hell, had your ransom paid in full, pardoned, and set free in Jesus Christ. As if all that was not enough, God then directed the Holy Spirit to seal you in with an unbreakable seal that lasts until the day you are raptured on Flight #777, or you die and He takes you home that way. This is the blessing of salvation in the Church Age, but it did not exist before, and it will not exist after the Church Age comes to an end. Tribulation saints will have to have faith in Jesus Christ, but they will also be required to do the ‘works’ of not taking the Mark of the Beast, and not worshipping the name, number or image of the Antichrist. When we realize they have to do all that while at the same time do battle with the ‘strong delusion’, that’s a tall order! A good, old fashioned dose of rightly dividing, and we will come away from it with an increased faith and better understanding of the bible doctrine of eternal security. Simply magnificent! God while being totally unsearchable, makes His love for us so simple and easy! TR We are the ultimate rags to riches story. To say that we are multiple quadrillionaires is to vastly understate the riches we have in our Saviour. Revelation 21:7 7 He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. The universe is incredibly huge. That's a lot to inherit! There are estimated to be 100 - 200 billion galaxies. Would you like to inherit a whole galaxy or two? Yet, best of all, God is our God and we are His children. Wow ... with the billions of galaxies to visit and explore! I Peter 1:3-4 I Corinthians 2:9 No wonder Paul couldn’t describe what he saw ... surely if he went into great detail we wouldn’t want to be here another minute on planet earth and the Lord’s plan for us right now is to be out witnessing with the Great Commission command. And each galaxy has hundreds of millions of stars and some galaxies have trillions of stars. So how many planets could there be ? I wonder how big the universe will be when God creates a new heaven and a new earth Rev 21:1 Sounds like in Isaiah 9:7 it could just keep getting bigger and bigger forever ?
