Two weeks after being asked to leave our place of residence by my daughter, my wife and I stared looking for a new place to live!

We decided to see if we could purchase our own place.  We pre-qualified, found a place we could agree on, put in a bid in a highly aggressive and competitive market was accepted!  Less than a month later we will enter into escrow.

The Lord has been with us each step of the way!  And miraculously began providing funds to this end!  Too many details to explain.  But each divinely appointed.  His favor and provision bestowed during this time has been a wonder.  Indeed He cares even knowing our time is short!

Miracle after miracle has  been provided!  My wife and I stand in awe.  He is beautiful for situation and greatly to be praised!

He cares!

The house is 120 yrs old and quite the fixer upper.  Much work involved! It speaks to the new home awaiting us in Heaven!!!

Having nearly nothing to bring to the table financially, He prepares a table for us!

Blessed be the name of the Lord!

I am so glad it worked out so well for you!  I love old homes.  You just have to think of all the old stuff as charming!

Very grateful to hear of His provision and favor working on your behalf in such a difficult and painful situation.  Happy for you TR.

That said, I don't suspect you'll have any issues with my prayer that we get to move into our new homes at Abba's before you ever spend a day in this other new house.  Just sayin'.

Not only am I touched by His care over my concerns, but the speed of them being addressed speaks to His work today for the Church!

TR - He is truly marvelous in His care! Even if we fly soon, you have seen how much the Father carried you thru and opened each door of provision. You will do just fine, who needs all the clutter anyway. May the character of your new earthly home, with its strong bones and years of living and loving care help you and guide you to be a gentle witness and reflection of our Savior to the neighborhood around you. As Watchman stated, praying diligently to be out of here today, tomorrow, Sunday, or any day but sooner than later. :prayer-hands:

Prating for the Rapture needs no faith by me, just patience!  Still my number one prayer.

:amen:   The Lord cares about everything that goes on in our lives even the smallest things that many think are not important.   Oh I’m so thrilled to hear the burden of quickly hunting for the ideal home is now settled and its within your budget so you and your wife can now have a safe place to call home ...  until the Lord calls us all upward to our mansions.  I love old homes with wrap around porches.  Are you handy with carpentry work, painting, etc?

My life verses of the Lord’s goodness to us:

Psalm 116:1-2

I love the Lord, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications. Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.

Philippians 4:6
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

The key that a lot of Christians don’t realize is to always have a thankful heart and praising God with our petitions.  This pleases the Lord and then He will work behind the scenes to grant our wishes/needs to be met.  However, if we have bitterness and a why me attitude ... then the Lord will delay His response back in making it all work out.

Somewhat handy, but not in any professional capacity.
