We are on the cusp of flying out of here … sometime in 2021 for sure :good: According to The Hill … even though an overwhelming majority of democrats in other states are for aiding Israel … the Robinette Administration has an overwhelming majority of demonrats in Washington DC … a committee headed by Alexandra Oscasio - Cortez leading the way along with Bernie Sanders who are for blocking the $735 million arms sale to Israel … because they are for the 2 state solution. If congress agrees in halting the pending military sale … it will be the first time Israel will be standing alone since their rebirth. God will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse (back stabs) Israel … So its a given … judgement is coming to America … but God will be removing His church before … just like He removed Lot before Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed. According to the Jerusalem Post, Yena Safak, a Turkish newspaper aligned with the Erdogan regime, has called for Turkey to lead an Islamic alliance to attack Israel. The alliance would include Turkey, Iran, Qatar, Malaysia and Pakistan, countries that either back Hamas or are close to the Muslim Brotherhood.
I first wrote about Turkey’s role in end-times Bible prophecy, specifically as leader of an Islamic coalition that will attack Israel, back in 2007.
At that time, the secular nation of Turkey had just elected its first president with a background in political Islam, Abdullah Gul, and then Prime Minister Erdogan was only beginning efforts to supplant the country’s non-religious government with one that honors its history as head of the former Islamic–Ottoman Caliphate.
Over the past 14 years, we have watched Erdogan reestablish Turkey as a leader and power broker in the region, reshape the country’s staunchly secular government to appear more like other authoritarian religious regimes, and become increasingly belligerent and aggressive toward Israel.
Today, Turkey is one of the most anti-Israel states in the world, its constant anti-Israel rhetoric, fueling anti-Semitism at home and abroad. The Turkish president has repeatedly called on the world to stop the Israeli “aggression” toward Jerusalem, playing a part in fulfilling the Bible prophecy about the Holy City becoming an intoxicating obsession of the nations (Zech. 12:2).
The new fighting between Israel and Hamas, the worst in 7 years, has inspired Erdogan to ratchet up the rhetoric even more, revealing his satanically inspired hatred toward Israel—the same demonic hatred that fueled Hitler’s attempt to exterminate the Jews a generation ago.
If our reading of Ezekiel’s prophecy is correct, it won’t be long before Turkey leads a group of nations, including Iran, Libya, and Sudan, in a planned invasion of the Land of Israel:
“The word of the LORD came to me: ‘Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshek and Tubal [modern-day Turkey]; prophesy against him and say …. In future years you will invade a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate … You and all your troops and the many nations with you will go up, advancing like a storm; you will be like a cloud covering the land” (Ez. 38: 1–3, 8, 9).
Ezekiel tells us how it ends, in a torrent of hail and fire for the attackers:
“I will summon a sword against Gog … I will execute judgment on him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him. And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD” (vv. 21–23).

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: No one knows the day of Jesus’ return (Matt. 24:36). However, Scripture says those who are watching will see the day approaching and will not be surprised when it arrives (Heb. 10:25; 1 Thess. 5:4). A convergence of biblical signs and timelines indicates the day is near (Luke 21:28). If you want to escape the indescribable horror of the Tribulation period, you must be born again (John 3:3). Admit that you are a sinner in need of a Savior; believe that Jesus is the Son of God who died for your sins and was raised from the dead; ask Him to come into your heart and to give you eternal life (Rom. 10:13). Do it today. Time is running out.
