Heidi, God is not a God of confusion. You need to take time to sit down and ask yourself what your needs and desires are. Whichever brings you the most peace is the peace you should follow. God is a God of Peace.

It is very likely and possible the Lord opened the doors to go back to your old employer. Wasn't it them that told you last week that it could be weeks before they would know if you could come back? If it was them, well, now here you are with an offer to return to them.

Do you want the 2 hours minimum driving 3 days a week to the other job?
Do you want to consider moving to that city to avoid the drive?
Do you want to live in the city you are in now?...

Ask yourself these very basic questions so you know what you want. Ask yourself which job would be best and for what reasons.

You could make a heading on paper of each company. Add "positive" and "negative" under each company. Then begin listing the good and bad for each one.

When you look at your finished list, you should be able to discern which company is for you, and which one gives you the most peace to go to.

I've mentioned making a list before. This is something only you can do on your own, to connect you with your own desires and feelings and needs. No one can determine that for you. When you pray over your finalized list, your answer should be easy.

Then just follow through with your decision.

Thank you Kolleen.

I need some notebooks. I keep running out. I will go to Walmart or Dollarama this weekend and buy lots of them, different sizes.

I went for a drive. I was thinking about how some Christians talk about heaven as our "real home". I was wondering if this is really true. I know it doesn't sound good me wondering that and I am supposed to be a Christian, however, this world is all I know ....

I got a coffee from McDonalds and parked my car to drink it before it gets cold. I looked up and saw  part of a sign. I think the sign said something like : make your dream home your real home. However, the sign was shielded by  a tree branch and I found myself just staring at : your real home.
