I think I looked my name up in the right place  My full name is Jacquelyn, which they said was associated with the root name of Jacob....or Yaakova...the a at the end I think adds the feminine aspect to it as Jacob I believe is Yaakov....but it means to grab at the heel or follower...I like that....I certainly am a follower of Jesus. My name will remain Yohanan on my stone because not only has God been gracious to me on this rock but because He chose me from the beginning of time and has allowed me to love Jesus for all eternity which shows that He continues to be gracious towards a wretch like me. The older I get the more I realize how desperately unworthy I am to even speak the name of Jesus much less garner a nanosecond of His attention. Knowing that He looks upon me is sometimes unbearable. When I was younger I never understood why Peter was speaking such "hyperbole" when he said in Luke 5:8 When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!” Well, I totally get it these days. But that just goes to show how amazing the love of the Father is towards us. I looked up Geri and in Hebrew it means Coffee Lover! 😉 Copy that! TR Well my nick name is Tig’ger if that’s helpful! Yep! Right from the Winnie the Pooh gang, probably because of my high energy level, hate to think it was because I was annoying (only to Piglet) ... but Tig’gers are a wonderful thing to have :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr:
