My watcher friend read a Hal Lindsey book in which he said there will be a gap between the rapture and the trib. Luke 17:29 says But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. No gap there. I wonder if somewhere on the internet there's a study about gap vs. no gap, and how to find one. I asked Google but he didn't know nuthin.

@terry I've seen a lot of theories for and against the Gap Theory but I haven't seen any that compares them head to head. If you find any, I'd be interested in reading it.

@perhapstoday I don't know. There seem to be suggestions of both ways. That's why I was looking for a comparison list. I haven't found one. Judging from Google, AI stands for Ain't Intelligent. I was getting so angry when I filled out the response form I said if you don't have anything relevant to say, shut up.
