The cow in waiting “has a small patch of hair that is not currently sufficiently red”.    If you pluck all those hairs out ... it would then leave a noticeable “bare spot” disqualifying it because its suppose to be “without spot or blemish”.   I’m not sure if they burn the whole cow to ashes or are they required to also eat some of the meat?  Hence, Tabasco sauce is, at least, edible with a touch of sweet and spicy flavoring.  B-)

The sad part behind all the humor is the reality it is based upon.

Let's lead a cheer for the heiffer's!

Or as Clara Pellar use to say:  Where's the beef?!

Well, if this one doesn’t pass the mustard, will it be served up as hamburgers?

I don’t have a “Hobby Farming 101 book for dummies” handy ...  so this is a shout out to any farmers out there ... instead of the rejected hefner being taken out of the pasture ... could they give her something to make her produce milk and be an asset in the field?  It would be sad to see her killed off (even for tri-tips or filet mignon) because she is still so young.

I wish my dad was still here ... I would have asked him since he grew up on a cattle farm.
