The cow in waiting “has a small patch of hair that is not currently sufficiently red”.    If you pluck all those hairs out ... it would then leave a noticeable “bare spot” disqualifying it because its suppose to be “without spot or blemish”.   I’m not sure if they burn the whole cow to ashes or are they required to also eat some of the meat?  Hence, Tabasco sauce is, at least, edible with a touch of sweet and spicy flavoring.  B-)

The sad part behind all the humor is the reality it is based upon.

Let's lead a cheer for the heiffer's!

Or as Clara Pellar use to say:  Where's the beef?!

Well, if this one doesn’t pass the mustard, will it be served up as hamburgers?

I don’t have a “Hobby Farming 101 book for dummies” handy ...  so this is a shout out to any farmers out there ... instead of the rejected hefner being taken out of the pasture ... could they give her something to make her produce milk and be an asset in the field?  It would be sad to see her killed off (even for tri-tips or filet mignon) because she is still so young.

I wish my dad was still here ... I would have asked him since he grew up on a cattle farm.

Fried to a crisp, no left overs .... unlike the offers for the priest to atone for sins. Thankful we are past that point with our Savior having died once for the sins of many, the righteous for the unrighteous..... :prayer-hands:

I've been hearing about all of this Red Heifer stuff for probably 25 years now. dockidds is saying they now have 2 perfect ones lol. I hope so. I was starting to think they might have to get lucky and find a clay pot from over 2000 years ago with some leftover ashes from the last time they cleansed the alter.

Leaving soon —- I have red paint of various shades, it’ll be just like tipping cows, we sneak in and do the paint thing, get out quick as a rabbit (they don’t use that animal) and no one to the wiser! Wala! Red Heifer—- no blemish at least until it rains :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr:

FYI, they are ready period per the Temple Institute; I have friends and colleagues who are in the know and very Jewish! It’s a done deal. The hype is to keep John Q Public on edge .... it will take them three months to build per the institute and they have “everything” in place to begin sacrifices...what does that tell y’all? B-)

We are so outta here! :prayer-hands:

All one step higher on our stairway to Heaven!

How privileged we are to see God consummate the final details before we are escorted by Christ into Heaven!

Might be a good idea to have the heifers wear a mask!  Don't want them contracting Covid-19!
