Sorry if I disappointed anyone with the drinking comments 🙁 Awe Boulder — no offense from this family — except for the grace of God — there go I! A short story — one of my brothers-in-law (now with the Lord) had a bad history of crimes, drinking, drugs and ended up doing time in a federal prison. He received Christ while in jail. Turned his life around and for many years remained sober, walking a narrow path. God blessed him with a wife (she ended up leaving him for someone else) — he went up and down on the path with alcohol and drugs. The habits he sowed ended up costing him his life, but God is so loving and merciful and I know for a fact that my brother-in-law is walking with the savior. Regret can also be a mean enemy — but GOD! Hang in there, He knows our weaknesses and our heart and God loves you more than you can begin to understand. Father, I pray that all goes well with the removal of the kidney next Friday, keep the surgeon on point. Help this dear brother to heal and continue to wait and watch for your soon calling home of the Bride. Help him to know how to work to heal wounds that have been used by the prince of this world to destroy relationships and close gaps of communication — give him abundant grace and all for the glory of Jesus! :prayer-hands: Agreeing with all the prayers and adding my faith to your every situation that the Lord bless the circumstances of your life!
