Geri, I have a silly question. just don’t swallow it … and can’t eat or drink anything for 3 hours can't eat or drink for 3 hours afterwards, right? Correct … got to wait 3 hrs before eating or drinking. They recommend twice a day … I only had to use it 3 days in a row and it restored the enamel that was removed on the side of my tooth. I used this fluoride special mouth wash before going to bed and early in the morning … after taking my thyroid meds cause I have to wait 3 hours with those pills before eating breakfast … so after taking my meds and drinking water to get the pills down. I then swished my mouth out with a little of this fluoride treatment … then waited 3 hrs … then rinsed my mouth with water and then ate breakfast. thank you so much, Geri. I will get it from walmart. It does need mentioning that the Lord is still the great physician! He designed and created us. He knows how to heal us! TR And if you swished at bedtime, seems that would take care of a long 3 hours 🙂
