hello siblings, I have not been well for a few months now. I am also having a lot of dental problems now (mostly cracking my teeth from stress, my dentist will be making a mouth guard for me)

I just spoke to a colleague and asked her if she knows of a good dentist for a second opinion (not about the mouth guard, something else he said should be done). she spoke very highly of her dentist so I might want to go for a second opinion before I go ahead with the recommendation from my current dentist.

I have so many symptoms right now, not just dental and i don't want to go to my ND anymore. (As if I can get a hold of him. ) he has been unreliable for years and I recently decided to stop trying to reach him) I keep wondering if I should look for a new one, but can't stand starting all over again with a new doctor. also, NDs are not covered by insurance.

I do need a good dentist. however, I might not look for a new ND and just maybe go to a church and be anointed and prayed over or pray for God to tell me what to do or not to do with myself.

I am sorry but I always have to remind people these days to be careful not to say anything that might scare me, cause I am really not well these days. thank you so much,

Heidi,

This has helped me out with a small crack tooth (a baby tooth) yep, I got 2 still in my mouth.   My dentist recommended I swish out my mouth with this fluoride mouthwash … another brand out there is ACT.  Just don’t swallow it … and can’t eat or drink anything for 3 hours.  It has helped me out. No more pain.

:prayer-hands:

Thank you so much, Geri. I really appreciate this.

I just spoke to my colleague. She said I can get a complimentary consultation with a holistic dentist. she did have one with the dentist when her regular dentist wanted to do a procedure. the holistic dentist confirmed that that would be the best option in her case so she felt more comfortable getting it done.
