Dear all, Thank you for your prayers. The doctors could not find anything, except that he was also anemic. They decided it must be a slow leak caused by his blood-thinning medication. He will have a procedure later to block off a small appendage on his heart which is usually the problem. It will not be open-heart surgery, just a small tube inserted from his groin up to the heart. After that, no more blood thinner. Oh, and his roommate was kind of deaf and obnoxious, but he talked loudly about Jesus for three days! My husband was released today and he is resting. I was praying to God for comfort and seeing all the people who posted (and hit the like button) just hours later comforted me. I was a bit tearful. I wasn't able to log in yesterday so I tried another browser today and was able to log in. My family doctor will be calling me on Tuesday and my ND on Wednesday. I thank God for having 2 good and caring doctors. Many people don't even have one. I am scared to describe my symptoms, worried what they might mean. It looks like I am going to be OK I was very worried about symptoms that I am having that I never had before. I was worried about having to see specialists and eventually having to fix problem through surgery if it got worse. I keep trying to stay away from doctors more than ever these days seeing what the system is like. I spoke to my family doctor on Tuesday. He said "no red flags" and then "we will check the progress of the symptoms" I was agitated even listening to "we will check the progress of the symptoms" and I said: there will be no progress, I will keep praying until they are gone. I spoke to my Naturopathic doctor on Wednesday, he told me what supplements to use to get better. Praise God for the way he made our body tell us what it needs (could be the Holy Spirit too for Christians). Before I spoke to my ND. the name of that supplement kept flashing in my mind. I will go the natural health food store over the weekend. thank you so much. I felt better emotionally and physically shortly after I put up the prayer request and now I know that this is another thing that naturopathic medicine can deal with naturally. Hello family, I have a question. A Christian lady living in the US needs a job. She is almost retiring age. do you have any recommendations on where to look? I am not sure of her educational background, but she is good in writing, editing and would be good working with people and doing customer service. I am compiling some resources for her.
