President Ronald Reagan’s son with actress Jane Wyman, Michael Reagan, passed away on Sunday after a battle with cancer. He was 80 years old. Michael Reagan was adopted by Ronald Reagan and his wife Jane in 1945. Michael Reagan was an author, radio host, and political commentator. “Michael Reagan was such a wonderful inspiration to so many of us. That was particularly true of the students who heard him at Young America’s Foundation’s programs at the Reagan Ranch,” Scott Walker, president of Young America’s Foundation said. “He did so much more than share stories about his father. He challenged the next generation to share the values he stood for throughout his public life. He called on them to be happy warriors in the battle to uphold the founding principles of our republic,” Walker said. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2026/01/just-ronald-reagans-son-michael-reagan-dead-80/ The U.S. on Wednesday seized a rogue Russian-flagged tanker linked to Venezuelan oil in the North Atlantic Sea. British military support was included in the perfectly executed commando-style boarding. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem had earlier announced another seizure in a social media post. “In two predawn operations today, the Coast Guard conducted back-to-back meticulously coordinated boarding of two ‘ghost fleet’ tanker ships — one in the North Atlantic Sea and one in international waters near the Caribbean,” she posted. We’re witnessing one more victory to protect our kids, and it was a hard-fought battle. Somewhere along the way, school administrators became tyrants, believing they had the authority to control parents, students, and teachers. In California, that lunacy peaked when teachers were told that they were forbidden from informing parents if their child(ren) engaged in “gender transition.” How did we reach the point where the schools believed they were all-powerful? But a victory has been had by the violated parties: In a landmark victory for parental rights, a federal judge in Southern California ruled Monday that parents have a constitutional right to be informed if their minor child socially transitions their gender at school and that teachers have a constitutional right to inform parents of the transition. These efforts to challenge the schools are not made to attack children, but to protect them. Clearly schools are more interested in pursuing their bizarre cultural agendas than in saving our children. New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is off to a glorious communist start. His new “Tenant Czar,” Cea Weaver, has just declared that they will systematically dismantle private property rights in favor of a Soviet-style collectivism in order to stomp out “white supremacy.” It should come as no shock that Weaver is a high-ranking operative within the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and she is a communist sympathizer. Mamdani chose her specifically to handle the city’s housing policy. That appointment fits nicely with his horrific Marxist pledge to “replace the frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism.” According to the New York Post, Weaver pushed to “Elect more communists” in December 2017 as a Harlem street corner was being renamed in honor of former Manhattan Rep. Vito Marcantonio, who was a communist. In a June 13, 2018, social media post, Weaver wrote, “Seize private property!” “The reality is that for centuries, we have really treated property as an individualized good and not as a collective good,” Weaver proclaimed, taking a page directly from Karl Marx. She spouts communist drivel about “shared equity” and vows to target “white families” and “some POC (people of color) families who are homeowners.” She aims to force homeowners into a “different relationship to property” than free Americans have always had. Mao would be proud. “We’ll transition from treating property as an individual good to a collective good,” she promised on X. “Whites especially will be impacted.” She has since deleted these posts, but the Internet is forever. In response to Weaver’s Marxist intentions, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon stated on X, “I don’t think so. We have federal housing laws that trump any collective Marxist fantasies.” https://rairfoundation.com/mamdanis-communist-tenant-czar-wants-seize-white-supremacist/ More than 1,000 fire victims gathered in front of ruins of the historic Pacific Palisades Business Block Building on Wednesday and listened to speakers accuse Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (D) of “negligence” before, during and after the firestorm that destroyed their community one year ago. Padawer, a toy entrepreneur and children’s animation producer, ticked off a litany of failures that are also the basis for numerous lawsuits against the city and state on behalf of thousands of fire victims. “So many things have to go terribly wrong to burn down an entire city,” he said. As reported by numerous outlets, the failures included useless fire hydrants, brush not maintained, dry local reservoirs, fire trucks out of service, and no staging of fire crews in anticipation of the high winds that had been predicted for days. Most notably, criticism also included the failure of fire officials to monitor and completely extinguish an arson fire on state land a week before winds apparently reignited it and caused the January 7, 2025, blaze that spread into Malibu and other parts of the west side. Padawer, who lost his home in the inferno, took particular aim at the state property, saying the Los Angeles Fire Department had been wanting to do fire prevention cutting there, but was not allowed to by the state as it was a “protected area.” “The fire started in an area that was protected to protect a milkweed plant,” he told the crowd. “How many people out there have a milkweed plant.” Nobody raised their hands. “I don’t,” Padawer responded. “I don’t have a house.” The organizer also pointed out the lack of anyone in charge in City Hall the day of the fire. As Breitbart News was first to report in October, the official ostensibly in charge of public safety on January 7, 2025, was not on the job.JUST IN: Ronald Reagan’s Son Michael Reagan Dead at 80:
