President Trump has announced that construction of a "triumphal arch" in Washington DC will begin within two months. Nicknamed by some as the "Arc de Trump," its 2026 construction is meant to commemorate the upcoming 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence in July. “It hasn’t started yet. It starts sometime in the next two months," Trump told Politico in phone interview from his Mar-a-Lago resort. “It’ll be great." Reminiscent of Paris' famed Arc de Triomphe and similar European victory monuments, Trump's triumphal arch promises to be a major addition to a capital city already laden with prominent monuments. Many details have yet to be announced, such as the size, duration of construction, cost, and -- perhaps most significantly -- its location. "It will be like the one in Paris, but to be honest with you, it blows it away, in every way," Trump said at a Christmas reception earlier this month. The fraud claims hit a crescendo Monday, with current Minnesota and former Democrat VP candidate Tim Walz (D) announcing he will not seek re-election. Communist Muslim New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani appointed a “Tenant Advocate” who wants to “seize private property,” which she sees as a symptom of “white supremacy.” Cea Weaver is her name, and over the years, she has made no secret of her anti-freedom and overtly racist views. “We’ll transition from treating property as an individual good to a collective good,” she promises. “Whites especially will be impacted.” It gets worse. Weaver, who is officially Mamdani’s Director of the City Office to Protect Tenants, called to “Seize private property!” back in 2018. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) is reportedly considering a run for Minnesota governor after Gov. Tim Walz (D) announced the end of his reelection campaign, but her track record is a mess of political scandals. Walz, who was the Democrat party’s vice-presidential candidate just over a year ago, dropped out of the race in shame with a Monday morning statement whining over the growing Somali fraud scandal, Breitbart News’s John Nolte detailed. Shortly after the news broke, the New York Times reported that Klobuchar is weighing a bid for gubernatorial office in Walz’s place. The senator confirmed her interest in succeeding the governor when the pair met in Minnesota on Sunday to discuss plans, sources told the publication. It has also been reported that part of the plan may be for Klobuchar to help keep Walz in public office, as she could make him a U.S. senator if she becomes governor. According to Townhall’s Dustin Grage, the same sources who helped predict Walz’s rise to becoming former Vice President Kamala Harris’s 2024 running mate said “the plan is to clear the way for Amy Klobuchar, so she can appoint him to the U.S. Senate.”
