There are two possibility from Kim' s suffering from the stroke. It is serious, but he is not dead yet. He is in coma. China has sent a medical team to try to save him. China should know his grave condition. Second possibility is the stroke is not serious enough to kill him. But it takes away his talking capability, and his movement of limbs.
